Funny you mention Sudotack, the Sudotack ST-800 uses the Maono chipset which I think is why they sound very similar, but I need a direct side by side comparison to be sure. The Sudotack sells for less though.
Which is better for zoom conferencing? Which microphone will pick up less sound from the laptop/desktop speaker when I do one on one chat. I am worried as it may cause feedback and ruin the meeting
I haven't gotten to the end to hear the verdict yet, but to my ear the Maono sounds cleaner and fuller in the lows, but I *think* the tonor has a lower noise floor but its a little hard to be sure edit: I was right on one count at least lol. I don't have a great headset so it can be hard to hear noise floors. BTW, how do you like those Maono phones you're using? I'm thinking about picking up one of their combo packs with the mic and headset

As for the headphones, I actually did a review on them a while back ua-cam.com/video/wWCCn3yve_0/v-deo.html however, one issue that I recently started having is that the right side would sometimes cut out. I think it has to do with some kind of connection issue where the cable connects to the headphones
i had bought the tonor one the other day and if i’m being honest, this was so frustrating to use. i don’t know why the mics audio was so bad for me, i tried everything to fix it but if i were to laugh loud it would still struggle to pick it up... and trust me i tried everything.

Can u next time, say or write in descreption on which settings do you testing? I mean options in Windows/Linux, and in OBS/audacity or other app, do you adjust for example volume or noises? And can u test with many distance for example 2inches from mouth, 10 inches and from one side (for example you looking on monitor and the microphone its next to monitor no in front of). I hope you understand cuz my english isn't good
yeah I think you can get a pretty decent sound out of it depending on your recording and mixing skills. A lot of stuff goes into a professional sounding track, not just the mic that you use, but I feel like it can be done to a point to where the average person won't be able to tell if you are using a super high end mic or this one

I feel like the Tonor is a bit too harsh (on higher frequencies) just a little bit, and the Maono is a bit smoother to my ears

The Maono has that "warm" tone. Like Sudotack. Like my Behringer XM8500. It has that kind of rich sound.

So I would say if you are getting feedback I would recommend wearing headphones. Also I prefer the PM461TR, so that is the one I would recommend

maono sounds better from a distance but I sitll reccomend a TONOR TC30. I can put better settings on it anyways
