Just bought a set with the freeride spacer and toe shims (to reduce the ramp angle) to pair with a set of nordica enforcer unlimited 104s. I'm really excited for this as a free touring set up
Andrew, this is the exact setup I am looking at buying, ATK with the Enforcer unlimited 104. How do you like it? How are the skis, how are the bindings? How is the ramp angle? I do not like a steep ramp angle, so I am trying to avoid that. Thanks
@@timchisman42 hey Tim , I love the set up. The bindings tour like a dream uphill with how light they are and the ease of use for the heel risers. They ski downhill shockingly well for a pin binding, especially with the freeride space and reducing the ramp angle. I love the skis too. They ski like a lightweight enforcer! They carve well, are easier to turn than the regular enforcers due to the lower weight, and float well. They don't bash through crud as well as the regular enforcers , likely due to the lower weight. But it's a great set up. I love it . Let me know if you have any other questions
Thanks for the video. I'd like to know about de compatibility of my boots (Dalbello Lupo) - Grip Walk, with these binding. ¿Do you know if there is some problem with it? Thanks
ATK Raider12 or Marker Kingpin M. Werks? Ps. In my region there is less powder, but more hard or crusty snow. I go turing 4 days/ week. What should I choose?
Might not be usefull to you. But i have the kingping and now im switching to the atk. along with the change of boots too, from salomon qst 130 to scarpa f1 lt. I thought id like more the downhill since i come from a resort background, but now i dont rly mind that much the downhill since there isnt much powder here (pyrinees), and i prefer to go fast amb comfortable on the uphill.
regarding the marker kinkpin i own the generic ones, and work great, but i think you have to rly be an expert to notice that much of a change with the bindings.
While I agree the Raider/Voyager system is excellent for ski performance, this overview glossed over the walking/usability aspects of this system. The risers are not as easy to use as others in the category and transitions when running brakes is a total PITA resulting in needing to either be a Yoga master, or pulling your skis off while transitioning in steeper/sketchy terrain. Additionally, its not "12mm of elasticity" its a set gap of 4mm between the boot and binding + 8mm of elastic travel in the heel.
Considering pairing either these or the fritschi techton 12 with the nordica enforcer unlimited 104 skis. I'd primarily like to use them for touring with the occasional resort day. Any thoughts?

I wonder how accurate & consistent the DIN release values are, when you have so little space for the springs compared to regular bindings.
I can see that you`re skiing the majesty Havoc ski in the video? Will you post a review of them? Excited about the Havocs!

Im looking at these bindings but not your concerns what binding do you recommend

what should I choose ? for K2 dispatch 101mm in waist - radier 12 with 102 or 108 brakes ? thank you
102 brakes. They size up. I just fitted the c raiders with 102 brake to a 106 ripstick, didn’t even need to bend the brake arms and they fit great
You could maybe even go for the next size down.. send Jon at the Piste Office in the UK a message
@@edwardteale7671 dude mamy thanks !
What is the difference between ATK Rider 12 and ATK Rider 10?
Only the spring, raider 10 is intended for women and light skiers.
Yeah Ermanno is right. There's pretty much zero difference, apart from the difference in release values.
