It looks like either a Russian or Ukrainian Vargan, custom made because you can see the scorched circle towards the inside back of the reed. Several custom builders do that to their jaw harps.
Outstanding not as fast as a tb303 but its you mouth and not a machine. the acent you create is though. You should record it into a daw and craft it into a mix that way then you can crank you bpm up and add an effect to the sound you create.
