Thank you for that insight. Hey, I now have a new camera thanks to the firmware update.
I also had to make sure it was on the correct card, I think SD Card 1
BTW are you not able to focus on anything past 150mm on your 100-300mm? Or was it only surfing shots. What about static subjects?
Tried shooting static subjects and got the same results, it’s worked before, I’ve taken really close shots of the moon and other subjects. Also tried AFS and AFC , manual focus, switched off BBF, and nothing seems to fix it 🤔

If I'm downloading the update to a PC with Windows 11, do I download as a bin or a zip? Thanks in advance for your response.
