I had a Trunk case like this bought it from the drummer of "The Farm" it was a beast. One night after loading it into my groups van forgot to put the "Stops" on the wheels so when we set off it dropped out the back of the van didnt do any damage was built like a tank ....
WOW :) Im surpriced really, this made me actually think in new ways :) Damn:) Thank You,this solved a lot of problems i have been thinkin about :) The separator thing i havent thought of that, and the hardware case on top :) Thank You very many :)
I’m shocked that nobody has said anything about this. I’m amazed by the design. It’s practical but efficient. Was this purchased from a legitimate company or DIY?
Hi, this is a flight case that I designed and got someone to manufacture for me. It’s just a one of a kind. I would consider shipping if someone was genuinely interested.
Only the stands weight a tonne! We have a case like this. Everything fits in it, but you need two men to close it, and another two to move it to the ramp!
@@IDLWITB do you still have it? I have a kit with 22x18" kick, 16x14" floor tom, 10x8" and 12x9" toms and 14x5.5" snare. I live in the States. Would mine fit?if so what are you asking for the case?
For big gigs this is practical. We need a 10 tonne truck to put all bandstuff in. For small gigs we better use hardcases. For even smaller gigs, we use a travelkit (two hardcases and a standbag).
@@georgewillems32 Exactly. Would depend on the situation. Or, even better. If you are playing at that level, you might as well give them your drum specs and let them set up a kit for you.

Drum boats are standard on major tours. I've seen some that split the haul in 2 boats, but you have wardrobe and other snares and stuff.
A lot of wasted space. But, It's all in one case. So, that's efficient, I guess.

Too bulky you’ll have to have your big trailer or van not that Practical
It is if you only travel by trailer with your drums, which many do.
that's what it's for silly
larger productions
