thing that pisses me off is that if they had said "hey super skrull will be required", I would have worked on that... but nope, not a peep. rest of my roster is fine, but I'm just missing one freaking character that they didn't say was gonna be required...

Honestly just trying to share my F2P experiences, what works and doesn't. I'm not the smartest, most creative or anything tbh, just sharing my experiences and they seem to be helpful for some folks. Cheers and appreciate the support brother!

Every one of my teams and toons are the same level or higher than yours and i struggled to even get the 4th red star... but seeing this, and knowing you made videos for those tough cosmic bio and city nodes, i think I'm ready to suffer again and go for that 7 yellow one last time lol. Thanks!

Btw, I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere yet, but I got stuck at the 2nd cosmic bio node, cus I couldn't ability block shang chi, and his ultimate just WRECKS. Misty would ability block my Skrull, my Nova didn't have his special, and I lost void knight in the first node. And Misty gives all H4H ability on spawn so sacking it made no difference. Had to restart the run cus of it. Just FYI for anyone else
My 3 months old account I managed to get 7*super skrull n apocalypse 6*oml couldn’t get 7* gate it out from the stars
@Rayge let's be honest, if other F2P players had the teams you have, built up as you did, you would not hear a word about difficulties, at least not from me lol........individual toons may not be fully lvl up, but your overall teams are way up there to get you to where you got with the OML event.......am just saying as I see it Commander. Congrats on your 7Y
Appreciate it buddy, also keep in mind I've been playing this game for over 4 years +. Haha that's alot of investment, it's definitely not NEW PLAYER friendly however, I got a few f2p alliance mates in same positions as me that loved this event. I guess really depends on the investments made in the game. Beautiful thing about investing in X toon, such as Nova for example is that future events like this where another Cosmic Bio toon is needed, Nova will continue to give value back. Compounding investment which is always solid
I had ur exact same roster and I want to mention that the void knight special is really a game changer in that super skrull node where u face apoc but yeee after like 500 retry’s I was able to bring oml to 7 stars ✨🥳

With the supposed release of a new tech raid team soon, is krestel still a lock for mythic section of dd7? Ultimus is super strong now and depending on when Odin is released I could get him before I get to the mythic section
Kestrel is a scopely original though they’ll find a way to make her relevant forever imo🤷🏾♂️

The crazy thing is my teams are similar strength to urs and i cant even get close. 40+ resets and i hate it. I get some people have fun with this, but i would rather hit my shin with a hammer. My ounce of constructive criticism is, if ur going to have a powerful enemy that makes or breaks ur chances of beating a node, dont put them at the very end. Slogging through a node over and over, spending 5-10 min just for that critical attack from a late enemy to void my attempt. Feels bad
Very true I too hated going through the node again and again but I did anyway and got through don’t give up I too had the same roster
The only problem I had with this was the resistance that some of the enemy characters had on certain nodes. Even with characters at iso 2 level 5 skirmisher at gear 19 they couldn’t land debuffs or take away buffs. Other than that it was good. The first hero skill and comics bio was rough. Took me so many replays to get past
Its just those 2 nodes that was the puzzle

telling people you dont need g18 while having a black knight g19 2diamond and a superskrull g19 is nasty work bro. for cosmic bio photon is a must
I've said this in every team review video and almost every DD video guide I've done, which is always always always put everything into the best characters in the game. I didn't build up Skrull and BK for this event, they were already invested for me in Arena, which once again as stated in all my arena videos, it's the most important game mode in the game. When you build up x toon, you will always be getting value because of all other game modes they will benefit from. Think of it like this as well, any future SWORD, Kyln Event, Pocket, will continue to be content you can enjoy these investments in. Keeps on compounding, but first thing's first, is getting these toons built ASAP, which means you may have to plan to get them unlocked.
The thing is I'm doing difficulty 13 with spidsoc gear 18 + bk and still pretty hard

bro same this is atrocious, even super skrull at gear 18 gets his ass beat. I went through all the trouble to unlock him just for him to be a push over

cosmic bio doesn't seem to be possible without skrull... I spent way too much time (and resources) trying to get past that node.
Agreed. Thought I’d be in good shape with strong toons besides skrull, but was a bloodbath. Gave up and shifted back to dd6
i didn't the milestone for unlocking the 4 reds. I just spent the 900 Dark Promo Credits on the 4th red instead of wasting my time on the event more. sure i miss out on some mutant G19 gear but i really don't need it. This event should have been easy to get a seven yellow and it is gated behind stars/diamonds which no one has for certain toons. Even the whales/kravens struggled and it was never meant to even gate them because there is no leaderboard. so why is this event hard on Difficulty 15?
My question for f2p and adjacent is how the hell do all yall have a 7* leader already? I still need 270 shards. 😂
Damn did you not farm 5 shards every day in crucible since their addition into game? The radioactive orbs from last week gave a ton and then we also have spotlight raid orbs also giving it. lol rng is rng i guess but I was only 100 shards away last week and got it done thanks to some of the orb drops
@@RaygeMSF yeah, I think my orb rng has just been trash. I’ve bought him everyday I can in the store.

@@kevinbellamy1731I think you need to do 3 sacks before going in with spider-society, you do that in order for the lizards take turns and kraven does his ultimate as well. It will still be really difficult though so give it some tries
