When my autistic son got off gluten and cassian at the age of 6, I would sit on the floor, hold my arms open and say "Kenny, give me a hug", he would run to me and just out of reach would dodge around behind me and laugh. Another time I held out my trumpet and he put it to his lips and a big powerful middle "C" came out, he set it down and ran away laughing, as if to say "I can do that".
A local family here in my state has created a non profit organization called angels castle which will provide residential treatment and further schooling past High school you graduate HS but continue school their at this program swimming tennis basketball horse riding are some of the amenities offered
