Why is it when I set a group chat and someone replies it shows them all individually in a row in this app? Then one person replied saying it only came to them individually? Also how do you insert a picture from your phone camera roll? I don’t have any button for that!
Before i send a paragraph during text, i want to proof read/preview my entire text. But it makes me scroll all the way up and down to read over it. Any way to preview the entire message?
I dont know if you ever figured out but in the front message menu. Click on your first letter of your email name on the top right. click on message setting and then scroll down and you will see message theme and you only have 2 option. Dark or light. That's it
Using Google messages on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, how do you send mms attachments and receive individual replies like Samsung Messages. The only way I can receive individual replies is to change the setting to sms but in this setting I can't send attachments. I don't like that everyone can see all group replies that people send back replying to a picture, Gif, screenshot that I send.
@mks-mobile I did but when I change it to SMS to get individual replies it won't send attachments. It says SMS doesn't support Pictures , Gifs, or screenshots. I change it back to MMS it can send attachments but everyone sees everyone's replies in the group instead of me receiving individual replies like Samsung Messages.
Is there a way to assign different notification sounds to different people so that you know who is texting you by the notification sound?

There is no recycle bin in Google Messages, so there is way to recover deleted messages.

Go to Settings, then "Advanced." The top option is "Group messaging." Change that to the top one and see if it works.

Are they turned off? Go to "Suggestions" in the app settings. Also, is your device language English?

How to get colour check marks
Active RCS on your phone. Then, when you message someone who also have RCS activated, you both will get coloured checkmarks.
