I believe you can buy a low sugar version of Alpen, at least you could at one time. Seems to me food is swings and roundabouts - bacon butty = fat but no sugar, Alpen = sugar but no fat. You takes your choice! A balanced diet across the week is surely the answer, and moderation in all things - especially moderation! Mrs M looks wonderful on it anyway, and I reckon she's the best ever advert for chilled white wine!
