I understand that Mr. Novak does very good work. For that reason, several years ago I contacted him to build a PU of my own design; he agreed. Time passed, and I checked back...he said he was working on it. After five months had gone by, I asked him what was causing the delay; he totally blew his top, told me that his wife had been ill (that was the first I'd heard about it), and then he told me that the PU was finished, but that he'd sell it to someone else so that I'd never see it. I've never experienced such asinine behavior from a vendor of any product in my entire life, and I don't think that anyone else should, either. He can put that PU where the sun doesn't shine for all I care, but in my book, the guy's a jerk.
All your post tells us is that Curtis cares more about his wife then your damn order. Curtis Novak has his priorities right. You on the other hand was being selfish and not at all understanding.
