We don't watch tv at all! It helps you to stay positive since there is so much negative on tv. We do watch movies. I love all your tutorials! :)

Very awesome you do not miss it. Though I used to have tvs in my room, I was never one to sleep with it. I need pitch dark. However, last almost 2 years sleep with night light as my boyfriend does not like total darkness. At least, this night light is subtle enough to it bother me.

My husband and I have been married 22 years. I think we had a tv in the bedroom for maybe 2 years in the last 5 years. It's no longer in there. I think it's a great move to have the bedroom be your sanctuary and place to relax, recharge and reconnect.

This is SOO nice Shannon!! I recently did a whole bedroom makeover for our room - modern like yours.. We dont have a TV in there either. We chat and cuddle :) I re-did my room on a budget - so this fits right in.. I will be making one of these ..I LOVE wood working and DIY..thanks for the inspiration!! Tmika

Love it! Very nice piece! It’s been 2 years with No tv in our bedroom. In fact we fired our cable company lol we only have internet and bought a ROKU. We pretty much watch UA-cam mainly, and this time of year, Hallmark Christmas movies ❤️

I love that!! We haven’t had a TV in our bedroom for over 10 years now and we love it, you couldn’t pay to have one in there now. We’ve also made it a practice not to use our phones, laptop or iPads in there. Believe it or not we still have regular alarm clocks in our room lol 😂. Tyfs, hugs 🤗 Teresa

No tv in our bedroom since we moved into this home 21 years ago....very peaceful and quiet...if I watch hulu or netflix on my tablet I go to another room...once in a while my hubby will listen to the clockradio...that would be baseball season...lol...I envy his sleep habits..so healthy...I even read in another room.

I have a really old TV with a picture tube in my bedroom. I need my sons to take it to recycle! I wouldn't mind having one in my room (I'm widowed) because maybe I would go to bed earlier instead of on my laptop all hours of the night!

We have a large tv hanging on the wall in our bedroom but I can’t remember the last time it was turned on it’s been years. I noticed since we are now empty nesters there is no need for a tv in the bedroom. Don’t need to escape any longer from teenagers.
Hey Shannon! I was wondering what brand of wood glue you prefer? You do so much wood work I thought you'd be the perfect person to ask. I've been a devoted Gorilla glue customer for as long as I can remember. But to be honest none of their products seem to work any better than any other brand of similar products. So I'm trying to find a new alternative. Any suggestions?!We have 2 TVs in our house. A 75 inch in the livingroom... And a 55 inch... sitting on the floor in the guest bedroom. LoL!! I use Titebond now, I buy it by the gallon. I agree - seems nothing really works better than any other so I went the cheapest route. I used to use Elmer's when I bought it by the bottle.
