How To Paint Jeep Hard Top (White to Black)

I have had my Jeep Wrangler JK for many years now. It came with a soft top but for many reasons that I will not mention, I wanted to switch to a hard top. The stock hardtop for Jeeps are painted this white color. I felt my Jeep Wrangler would be too bright on the interior with white so I decided to paint in black using some commonly available products.

If you want to go a step further, spray adhesive and a headliner are really nice.

Good idea! I am going to do that. A couple of the headliner pieces fell after several months.

@@JMGENTERPRISES I used a layer of that foil/bubble wrap insulation stuff then a layer of headliner with a ton of spray adhesive between each layer.
It's held up for about 10 years but I need to redo it. I'm going to repaint in the process.
