I usually judge most homes by the kitchen as It is the one place where everyone congregates and this home passes the test with flying colours, however, the room that caught my attention was the dining room. The unusual window placement made this room quite unique and exciting. The all white interior really allows any owner to customize and decorate to their desired tastes. For a modern new build this home has an inviting warmth and charm. Little features like double laundry and garages just make living easier for a large family. Thank you Tristan Kinsley at #DomaineResidential for allowing to view this charming home.
When are you guys returning to Canada? Hoping you visit West Vancouver again soon and show us some of the homes available there. Thank you for all that you do to promote style and creative design.
Nice house. I wish developers would start adding 2 living spaces to these 'open concept homes. The great room alone isnt enough... I feel like for the price of the house there should have been a formal living room, in addition to the great room. Love the engineered oak floors, the crisp white walls, and the exterior. The secondary bedrooms are all large.. which is good for kids.
Home in itself is beautiful but just trying to imagine who is it built for . It seems like one of those “cheap lot so we can spend extra on the finishes” type of property. Just finished building my own luxury home so not hating at all ,only for me location was super important and I don’t think you get that here at all.
No one has ever asked this! Years ago we started posting homes on Instagram that we adored (one of the first to do so). We took our love of properties and mashed it with insta-"gram".
I wish you didn’t rush through the tour. I would’ve really liked to have seen that second downstairs bedroom and the bathroom. The camera work on this tour really didn’t give you a sense of what the bathrooms look like. You never really showed the ceiling properly in the primary ensuite and never properly showed any of the other bathrooms. It was only in bits and pieces with close-ups, so you really didn’t get a sense of what they look like, I hope your next tour is a bit better particularly with the camera work because you both have excellent personalities!
@@Propertygrams That house may not exist now as it is a computer designed property. But, comparable houses and much larger houses do exist that were not victims of price gouging, price hikes and inflation battered. My point was easy, the cost of that house at 7 million is not only a joke, it’s asinine just as 2023 Ford trucks are not worth $100K but some chucklenut still wants to see if there’s a sucker willing to pay that price. Same goes here, on this house. I mean, sure if it’s got a solid gold Olympic size swimming pool and 50-60,000 sq. Feet of opulence living space and if it’s in Manhattan. Jk it’s still laughable though 😂
I feel your pain when it comes to inflation etc 😢.. but at the end of the day something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay.@@thearchitect817

Damn the maroon color is kinda nice in the dining room.
We thought so as well! Not the go to color we normally see, but it worked out.

Ten years ago this house was $679K . There maybe an issue with the cost today😂
Not understanding what you saying, ten years ago this house didn't exist?
