I'v played the game before. They don't have a sound because the player can only use the call of dinosaurs they're hunting for. We can't hunt for Moschops or Gallilmus or get a score from them so that's why they don't have a sound or call. There's your answer.

Well you have to consider this is an alien planet that’s similar to primitive earth, not everything will be exact like the ceratasaurus being big and allosaurus being small, it’s alien so the calls don’t have to be 100% beastly, they can be weird and creepy at the same time Planet FMM-UV 32 is weird and wild, hell in the Arctic sector they have a Yeti, it makes sense to not have everything be scientifically accurate

What most of the news stories that say that Triceratops no longer exists leave out that the Triceratops was named first and in science the first name gets top priority so the dinosaur that is on the line is actually Torosaurus. Besides, the Triceratops that everyone knows is a Triceratops but it will just be one that isn't fully grown.
The best example of what is going to happen to the Triceratops and Torosaurus is the Brontosaurus and Apatosaurus. The Apatosaurus was discovered before the Brontosaurus and when Paleontologists found out that the skull that was attached to the Brontosaurus skeleton belonged to a Chamarasaurus, the Brontosaurus no longer existed to science. Since the Triceratops was discovered first it's the name that will take priority. The fossils that once belonged to Torosaurus will then belong to the Triceratops.
