hey, I know you! coming from someone who doesn't know much about microphones, that Fifine one was by far the best of those 3! I would recommend that one between the 3 there
Sory but this test is unreliable. Akg lyra is distorted, the gain have been set too high, so voice is distorted, background and reverberation noises are in high level.
It was a test by a beginner for beginners. As I mentioned, I'm not an audio expert.. As a newbie to microphones, after playing around with all 3, this is my opinion. That's all. Thanks for watching and I appreciate the feedback! I have been using the Fifine mic ever since though and I've been very happy with it.
Just to check, are you using your phone to test each of these? As its only the Zealsound that says you can use it directly to your phone, unless you have used an adapter for the Fifine and find it still perfectly fine with your phone? I want one thats decent enough quality to use directly into your phone as not good with tech setup 🤣
I returned the Zealsound and the AKG. There are a lot of comments on here that suggest my settings for the AKG may have not been ideal and that the AKG is the best microphone, but I am still very happy with the Fifine. As a "dummy" I don't want to have to worry about settings. With the Fifine, I can just plug it in and get much better audio quality than my phone
AKG Lyra was distorted, but the Fifine K683A sounded best, although you have too much echo which has more to do with the room you are sitting in so turning the gain down and speaking closer to the microphone would cure that, I think. I say this as a novice though so possibly completely wrong... ;)
Nice toturial for comparison for microphone, specification and prices has been mentioned so it would be easy for us to buy according to our need ♥ Greetings from Aiman's mom kitchen ♥ stay connected, wish you see you around 🌟
If using with your phone, should be as simple as plugging it into your charging port. When you record video on your phone, it should default to record from the mic.
I agreed quite a bit. It's possible it had more settings I could have tweaked - I'm not sure. But as a dummy, I was looking for something I could plug & play and have it sound great! I am still.using the Fifine and have been very happy with it.
you can make the zeal sound as good as the fifine with better shockmount and pop filter. i bought mine for under 20$, fifine its almost twice. but the akg its the best of the 3 undoubtedly, you just have to proper set the gain to a lower level and adjust the mic proximity. all condensers are desinged to capture more than just directional vocal range, so a low gain and high proximity its the best capture setting, otherwise you would have to treat the room for undesired acoustical reverberations.
Haha it's probably a better microphone than in my test, had I looked further into adjusting settings but I was looking for something that was just ready to go when you plug in and use it. Didn't want any settings to adjust!
Love when you do these comparisons! So much great and helpful information!!
thanks for the feedback!
Mike, I love your review/comparison videos. They are so thorough. Thank you.
I really appreciate that. Thank you!
Just found these reviews!! Will continue to watch to see your recommendations.
I appreciate the support! 🙌🏼
The blind test was awesome. Bro why is the €150 mic so crap. 🙏🏻😹
Honestly it caught me by surprise
Haha maybe there were some settings I didn't adjust - I'm not sure, but straight out of the box to just plug it in, it was clearly the worst!
I love the Mike-rophone video!
very punny!!
Thank you so much for making this video!
So glad it was helpful! 😊
O zeansound tem uma função que bloqueia os ruídos de fundo, acho que nao estava ativo no teste
Yes, someone mentioned that in a comment prior. I must've not known about it! Thank you!
@@MikeTrachtenberg muito bom os seus vídeos parabéns👏
I really appreciate that!!
I agree with you! It sounds great and also wonderful review.
Thank you so much!
Mike, I may be in the market for a good mic here soon. You have done a few reviews now. What would you recommend overall?

@@MikeTrachtenberg You've made the best mic sound the worst. Congratulations.
@@iagher i mean maybe if there's more involved, then it's not for everyone. he's clearly lookin for a beginner mic
@@johnleatherman9587 all of those are beginner mics. He can't deal with a gain knob? Wtf?
Fifine for the win! great comparison, thanks!
so fifine 🏆
I bought the zealsound one for $15 so i guess it was a good deal! Btw great video!
Thank you, I appreciate that! Yeah, $15 bucks? Nice find!
Nice i got mine for 18$ with the boom arm included
That's an awesome deal! 🤝
@@MikeTrachtenberg thanks, your videos are really useful and good quality, you honestly deserve more subs and recognition 💖👍

good question. I used them all directly on my phone for the test. At this time, I'm still happily using the Fifine.
What was finally better?

Novice as well lol. I have been enjoying the Fifine quite a bit, especially for the price
Wow sounds so neat
Glad you think so!

how to setup Zealsound K66

is it just me or does the most expensive one sound the worst?

Amazing. I thought the Lyra would have been the best but it sounded the worst of the 3
ya, I hear you! it was very interesting!!
I bought that microphone, it's complete garbage
@@malamuertemusic5011 which one did you get?

but wasn't Lyra set wrongly (I mean too loud)?

I am sure you are right. For an audio dumby like me, however, the Fifine was perfect!
I’m here lol
BUT THE k66 is best for the price my opinion
Awesome! I've been happy with my Fifine!
your a kind sole
Why thank you
