Any vid with Miss Hannah is a win!!!
She knows what Eric is going to do before he does.
    What's this ride question ??
She should be test driving that beast while the suspension travel is inspected.

Don't let that lady take the gem out of your donut, EO. Wife's got a Nissan Leaf and I've got a diesel Jeep. When neighbors praise the Leaf, I'm quick to say that I help offset our footprint by burning some tires in the backyard.

As a weird thought, you could have shoved a small magnet into the frame to hold the "nut plate" in place, so it wouldn't easily shift. I used that trick quite often to hold nuts in place in electronics equipment. I would also hot glue a string to the magnet, so I could remove it easily.

At my Friends garage- he Professionally does the complete Fluid Film service; drill holes where needed, spray inside stuff, then rubber caps. A trick/tip for you & others: get a 1 or 2 quart sauce pan, and either a propane or electric hot plate (he uses a plastic container in a microwave) and heat the Fluid Film to 200F. When sprayed hot- it creeps better, and goes way further in coverage amount. Remember- the "lubricant" in the aerosol can is NOT the same formula as the "undercoating" stuff. There is a noticeable difference. 2-3 HOT quarts should be enough for your entire Jeep. Shove lengths of wire or zip ties in door, sill, and other small drain holes to prevent clogging, remove afterwards.

At GM we would take a mag welder and pop the fastener so the wire would weld to it than cut the wire to desired length then you can fish the fastener in with the wire as a guide.

If you use bolts with the heads cut off to hold the nut plate in position as you fit the bracket you can then remove them one at a time and bolt it down and a piece of string on the plate helps as well

Easy way to put any nuts behind the frame if you can't get your fingers in there to hold it is to weld a strong wire to the nut like some towbar installations do that way you can maneuver the nut more and hold it at the same time

You likely could have skipped the t-case drop spacers. The SYE adds lots of length so driveline vibes wouldn't be an issue. Unless maybe there was somewhere the driveline may hit? Keeping everything tucked up as high as possible to prevent hanging up on a rock or stump is always a good idea. When I put the SYE in my YJ, (TINY rear DS), I was able to remove my t-case drop and tuck the belly up.

140 foot pounds, is what's printed in owners manual's, which also lists it as 190 Newton Meters.. most all the latest/high performance GM say 140 in the manual.

sometimes with the digital torque wrench, when you tried to torqued it,you know your close to the torque spec, but it still doesnt beep. i usually drop down the torque spec like to 30, 50 then 65ft/lb.then it will beep. if you keep going and tried to torqued to 65ft/lb ,it will either strip or break.

Hey, Eric! What's that purty li'l hand appearing at about 11mins in? If that's all we get to see of Hannah then we'll have to make do. It's good to see she's getting the confidence enough for some solid banter remarks, go for it, Hannah! Shame, for us viewers, that she's back to school but I hope she does well in her nursing carrier. Nursing people, that is, as she's already proven herself in nursing the old crocks that some of your customers bring in.
Edit: after seeing next video..... Or perhaps it was Marie? In either event both bring light into the videos. Eric, you must remember that, while you are the focus of the viewers, Mrs O, Hannah, Marie, Trinity, et al all add desired colour. I believe I can speak for all in saying that, while customers are just background noise that allows your shop to exist, we love to see the others involved that makes your videos MUCH more than just a spanner waving exercise.

I would have tacked or wired a handle onto that insert. They are quite a pain even with a handle. Great job! even if someone pays you to install a lift kit. Ha Ha

You sally! Reading directions and a torque wrench, what has sma come to?😱...... besides what do silly paying customers know, .....NOTHING! “My cars broke, fix it!” No real appreciation for their vehicles. Keep up the good work Eric 👍🏻👍🏻🍻

should have taken the part you have inside trying to get the bolt screwed on and put a little bigger champher on it to make the bolt start easier OR
taken the bolt and champher a little bit on a belt sander pr grinder to make it slightly pointer to start it easier

It's worse then you think lady. I'm not even getting paid to do this!
Aligning those nuts would have driven me "nutty". I'd like to point out that just because you can do it does NOT mean we can do it. We don't have Mrs. O to help! Another great video.
