Fact is I always found the original redition from Edith Piaf (who surely sang very well) to be boring. After your performance here awakened my interest to take the time to find the lyrics in English it became obvious to me that it was because of the lack of understanding of French on my part. Thank you Sangah for opening my eyes and ears. 🌹💜

Usually I leave a comment on a video when it is posted and I listen for the first time. Most of these wonderful performances I will return to many times but neglect to comment further. That isn't right. If I am able to enjoy this awesome music again and again, I should try to let you know how much I (and all of us) truly appreciate it. This is the music that I will listen to when I want to relax or sometimes even drift off to sleep. I will choose a playlist from your channel and just let it run ("Sangah Noona Sings" is my current favorite). I know that chapter in your life is closed, for now, but your lounge live performance videos will always be favorites for us. This evokes so many great memories of Paris for me, as a child, as a teenager, as a college kid, visiting with my wife (GF at the time), and even recently as a parent with our kids. So very well done, Sangah. Plus the Continental style of the hotel is the perfect backdrop for this song! TY!
