Super flumina Babylonis illic sedimus et flevimus

Hymnum cantate nobis de canticis Sion.
Quomodo cantabimus canticum Domini in terra aliena?
By the waters of Babylon we sat down and wept
when we remembered Sion.
Upon the willow trees that are therein we hanged up our harps.

Sing us one of the songs of Sion.
