Ingredients :
Flour : 3 cups of all purpose flour or cake flour ( I've tried both before )
Yeast : 2 tea spoons
Butter : 200 G for layers - 30 G for the dough
Egg : 1 yoke only
Milk : 1 cup of milk
Salt : 1 tea spoon
Sugar : 1 Table spoon
Note : You can either brush milk , or milk and egg yoke beaten for the shine.
