Yes as cpvc can sustain hot water upto 300 degrees.. depends on the grade also.. kindly refer schedule 80 of cpvc pipes

No this cannot be used to providing electricity for home, this setup is puerely for heating your water at around 55-60 degree tempreture on a normal sunny day.

What is that long vertical pipe(pointing towards the sky ) for ?
If there’s too much sun and the hot water hasn’t been used too often, that long vertical pipe works as a respirator for vapor, or even hot water can be ejected if there’s excessive hot water in the boiler, if it wasn’t for that pipe the boiler would explode probably.

Bro suppose you installed this without water tube becomes too hot so don't fill water same day your tube me burst due to high temp fill tank early morning for the first time only when your tubes temp is low

Long black pipes absorb heat and produce hot water
Greetings brother what's the size of the inlet supply pipe and the hot water outlet - 1/2", 3/4" or 1"?

It's not reccomended by any pipe manufacturers to directly connect cpvc pipe at hot Water out let of solar, it's always better to hv composite pipe or metal pipe to be connected at the outlet and after one meter distance only then cpvc pipe to be connected .
Pipe must be insulated , and pipe to be clamped properly , distance between pipe support as per the pipe manufacturers

No sir solar water heater out let temperature is 65* and CPVC retain 92*. So need not required for composite pipe still 15 years plus lot of system working fine still based on the experience I shared my point

It doesn't provide cold water. It's just for drying hot water. If you need cold water, you need a cold water tank or a mixing valve for tap water

Don't buy V guard solar heater , because the inner tank is made of thin steel ,so after 3 year the inner tank will break .. better go for tank which is coated with gasoline or ceramic ...I bought 3 solar heater from v gaurd...all are gone...

These tube type solar water heater are Chinese products, like I said if the tubes are broken it would be costly to replace, main problem is tank is made of very mild steel sheet which starts to leak in a year or 2
So best would be to buy solar water heater with coper tubes older ones

Tubes will cost you only rs 650 per piece which is cheaper than glass on the copper plate panels.. No tank leaks in 1/2 years, if that's the case you will get replacement for the same under guarantee of 5 years
Everyone in Mexico are using these today, I can confirm this cause every year I go to Mexico. So they no longer use the gas to heat up the boilers anymore

Hello, the solar water heater we make will not leak in a year or two, and the vacuum glass tube will not be damaged normally. But it's best to keep some spare when buying. It's really environmentally friendly to only use solar energy
