We're all glad to have you back! You always do the most interesting projects. Sometimes you take the ideas right out of my head. Your work is quality since you work hard. As always, I can't wait for more.
Wtf! I was wondering what happened to you . I was looking for you a couple of days ago also and you haven't even posted on twitter for a while . Good to see you back !
Wow!!! Look who is uploading.... Super happy to see you back! If it's not too much to ask could you please make tutoriala on designing gears and 3D printing them? There aren't any good tutorials I could find... Big fan!
Idea fir a video (if you need any: Comparing all the existing Open Source / DIY designs for Planetary Gearboxes and Cycloidal Gearboxes. You could test them on their own, or as part of one of those “robotic actuators” a la “MIT Cheetah” for things like Open Dog! It could even evolve into a community competition like that Noctua Fan Blade thing did. Granted if you want to try *things that aren’t just gears and actually pursue your interests* that is 100% valid, and also i LOVE air engine stuff (especially since it seems you are going the electrically controlled “feeevalve0 type route!), but i just thought I’d throw this idea out here since you have test rigs and expertise in 3D Printed Gears (also having a great design for 3D Printing (and maybe FDM Print to Cast/CNC Metal Workflows!) a Gearbox+OS Servo Motor/A Nema Stepper based robotic actuators that can be “dropped in” to Robot Arm or Robot Dog designs etc could really speed up the various projects out there and help reduce “redundancy waste” / inspire others. Either way neat to see you back, and great video! (DAMN that was rambly, hope you could understand all *that*, thanks for reading this far lol I’d love to know what you think of this idea)
Awesome to see your comeback video! There must be a a formula for (thrust x time) = power out / (psi x volume) = power in. That would be interesting too.
I'm glad my hunger strike finally worked. I think I would have lived for a few more days without eating but since you're back, I can stop my hunger strike and eat again. I went from 423 pounds down to 152 pounds. I hope you don't make me do that again.
Bro I’ve designed so many gearboxes over the past few years inspired by your content. I’m going to try and start a UA-cam channel soon showcasing the designs. So great to see you back!
heyyyyy, hes back from te$la! The syringe has a low resistance on rotation because it forms and air bearing. The idea is that the shear stresses created by the stagnant air on the surface of the glass increases with the rotational velocity. As the two pieces of glass are essentially moving in opposite directions they create counter pressures on their surface driven by the shear stresses. Due to the distance of the surfaces being very small only a small relative velocity will cause large forces as the energy or velocity information is transferred into the very small amount of fluid. It can be characterised using POISEUILLE FLOW. .
Was just wondering if you were still making videos the other day, i was thinking about taking the engine that tom stanton made and put a pcp bottle and build an rc dragster out of it, would be light and have alot of capacity compared to the bottles he used
Been so long I have noticed. Here a proposal: Pick a steerling engine and make it air powered. Also, you can make the parts out of a thougher material;
And when the Internet needed him most, he returned.
the king has returned

The last time you uploaded I was in high school getting into 3d printing, and now I have a job working for a medical device engineering firm lol
Sweet! I have been missing this channel!
More to come!

I suppose i could someday
Well it's been a while. Hello!
It's been ages since i last seen a video from y'all.
Very happy to see you back!

He back! So glad!
Glad you're back!
I'm glad my hunger strike finally worked.

Nice! This is a cool challenge. Good luck on getting it to run better! cant wait for the progress update!
Were going to make it run soooooo good

why did it take 10 months for me to find another GDFW video?
I love this guy, but he's not getting enough love from the algorithm
Wow, good to see a new upload after 4 years.
I didn't watch the video, yet. But I really like that there is some activity again :D

Wow, welcome back
Welcome back, sir!
You're back!
I was just thinking about what happened to you man and suddenly I saw you had uploaded.
What are the odds.
Missed you
Motor.
The word you're struggling for,
Is motor.
Welcome Back!!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
He's Back!
I think you've set a high bar for yourself. But, the cool part about iterative design is the iterations. So I hope you keep after it. :)
MUST beat Tom Stanton! lol
You're a legend!
he has returned

Yes I’m sure the girlfriend was confused at first, but she will just have to live with the genius 💯❤️
Wowwww, you are back ! Nice to here you again, how are you man, all is good ?
It's been 23 years, 4 months, 8 days
Welcome back! Dude its been awhile...
Great work!
ohai.. glad i kept that bell rung ;)

Holy crap it's been years since I've seen a video...
My hero ❤
Dunno Man... Sounds like you need to invest in a 3D Metal Printer... ;)
Finally!
It’s been some time
Yeah!
hi
rip ass
