Great message brother David! One additional argument on Exodus 20:13 - the "Thou" in "Thou shalt not kill" is second person SINGULAR. That's a command to an individual meaning YOU shall not kill (murder). Of course, capital punishment is to be done by "man" or mankind as part of the higher powers in government. So an individual should not commit murder, but mankind can administer capital punishment on an individual for wrongdoing as instituted by God.
The problem with evil is the result of a person's conscious choice to abandon rational thought and embrace irrationality, essentially choosing to not fully engage their mind and accept reality, leading to actions that are destructive and harmful to themselves and others.

Does 1 Corinthians 13:8, which says, 'Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.' imply also that performing of miracles also cease as well during the dispensation of grace ?
@LeonLKC Yes, the gift of miracles ceases during the dispensation of grace.
Well in 1 Corinthians 12:10 "To another the working of *miracles;* to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:" According to this verse miracles DID NOT cease!
