I'm an inspiring artist, I always had an appreciation with artwork or animation of any kind due to how much work goes into them, and I have to say that this is bloody amazing! The sprites are so well made, the character designs are good, and the cutscene with the lyrics part is just chefs kiss, I loved that unique animation you did instead of just copying the originals movement one to one, and with Copykats mouth splitting open really reminded me of how snakes lower jaw aren't connected, and to add on top of this you add custom vocals, like WOW. Keep up the amazing work!

I find myself listening to this version more than the original for some reason I just really really like the voices, and also the slight changes in the instrumental I noticed really make it that much better I'm always just putting this on loop and listen for literal hours at a time while doing anything else I guess it really helps me cope with things, just like the original did for you
It has come to my attention that maybe the instrumental is exactly the same, it's just that the voices being on different pitches and all, allow some of the harder to hear instruments to be heard more clearly I still count this as an upside of this version!

A little bit of criticism, normal CopyKat's sprite animation looks kind of bland versus the more dynamic posing of the alternate CopyKat, even though it looks like they're redrawn from the original mod. I think it has something to do with the body proportions. BF doesn't really have dynamic poses himself, but its mostly covered by how short and less defined his body is as well as his big head, so animations that are just squash/stretch and head/arm movement don't look as static, whereas CopyKat's got enough of a larger/more defined body to where my eyes focus on it just kinda stretching in a direction instead of slight pose changes on each sprite (Now granted, I know that's a LOT of work). Also, I'm not sure if it's the animation itself or scripting, but the syncing of the lyric section is slightly off, still amazing though. However, I'm so glad I came across this cover, the changes are really interesting. Your art style is amazing, and I loved some of the things like the souls being used for an emphasizing pop of color, or the beginning animation which looks AMAZING, or how nice the background refrain of the lyric part fills the section a bit more without being so obvious that you're distracted by it. I can't wait to see what you come up with next, as if I'm judging off the quality of a simple cover, it's gonna be amazing! Also, downscroll FTW

Also, on the not distracting part of the added backing, I only just noticed the intro has extra notes that fill it out more as well, and it sounds so good yet so subtle I didn't even notice it lol. Once again, good stuff!
