I really don't hear JD in their sound, I mean the vocals got a low tone like ian c, but other than that it sounds like modern post punk. The drums, guitar,bass,and keys don't sound like JD at all. That's a good thing though doesn't mean they sound like a copy cat band. They're just probably influenced by them.
Very True, it's Music.. just let it be what it is, instead what you think it sounds like, I grew up in the Dark and terrible 80s and 90s, and wished for bands like this, Peace We are AtZero..
