I just watched easyet inside the cockpit, and realised these two girls were on it.
I liked the show
It should be normal. That's true. This is why women do get mentioned especially when there's two or more. Sadly, there's not much of this mention in other forms of transportation, but there's that coming I hope. I see a few ship officers working or interviewed and other women seen are those not mentioned for the most part, and it's few of them.
To these pilots I say 'Women power!'
Equally, why can’t more men become cabin crew - it’s not always the stereotype of camp gay men being cabin crew either

they are plenty of straight men working as Flight Attendents, I work for a Airline and I am very straight, but gay men are actually men as well
