Listen to my suggestion, from Portugal. Movimento Perpétuo, by Carlos Paredes. Less than 2 minutes of pure blast. Try it.
For a video that incorporate Anime is Lovebites Winds of Transylvania (VLADLIVE) version. It might be a bit too heavy for you. Definitely a metal Monday song.

I would recommend the bulgarian folk song "Kaval Sviri" its a short one but represents bulgarian folk music perfectly and for sure is exiting to analyse for you!
If you want something harder, the taiwanese metal band "Chthonic" has some amazing songs "Broken Jade", "Takao" (those have an englisch and taiwanese version on it!) 失竊千年 this record of them is also amazing, it's a gentle one
