Hi Gunhild....from Tennessee.....home of Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. I've been a big band/jazz aficionado all my life. My Dad had a band back in the 20s & 30s. He played the 4 String banjo (and tenor guitar). I am mesmerized by your videos. You are quite the musician. Your love for your music and the joy you feel is always on full display. And I can't help but smile through all your performances. When are you coming to Tennessee or North Carolina or Virginia or somewhere near us so I can be present and hear and see your talent first hand? Carry on, Maestro!
La música es espontánea, es un don, y se hace así como los Carling saben hacer musica y saben hacer buen jazz, de forma espontánea. Es algo que puede sentirse en el espíritu y ya es mucho decir. Y muestra de ello es el abrazo que Gunhild le da a la niña Carling y si la espontaneidad no se nota, están los niños que aparecen en el minuto 02:50 caminando abrazados y se quedan admirando la elocuencia de la improvisación y la armonia que envuelve al espiritu. Y si puedes notar mas, en el minuto 03:01, el niño que se encuentra aparentemente entretenido y atraído por la musica hace entrada al señor Carling y señala con su dedo (estando de espaldas) justo en el momento en que termina la intervención de la percusión, vaya que ese niño si llevaba el tiempo de los metales y entendía cuando debían entrar. Sin duda debe ser un Carling con el don de ser Director.
