Emily’s tiny little shrug and minimal eyebrow raise when Daniel said “Now suddenly they’re gossiping when Sarah spent the night?” was somehow just so perfect. . .she was so great in this role.
Emily in earlier seasons: I hope no one found who she really is Emily in last season: Just tell who you are and kill Victoria already! Why are you still playing secret? Your father's name has been cleared!

As soon as she found out that her father is alive and lived exactly next to her old house (Since she lived in Grayson Manor in Season 4), she didn't even ask him or tell him where he had been and let Victoria manipulated him. 2. She was also so selfish to still keep the name 'Emily Thorne' forever and let David humilated Nolan in Live TV and ruining his reputation and made David not trusting Jack anymore. She also forgot that the real Emily Thorne/ Fauxmanda was working as a stripper and she made David believe his real daughter worked as a stripper and Fauxmanda made her real name dirty! 3. She told her real name to Charlotte when she was just in the bad mood after found out her boyfriend was cheating. Charlotte tried to kill her and went to her mom and getting manipulated by her mom as always until she went to rehab. 4. As soon as she said her name to the public, I expected her to expose everything. But nope, she just makes it worse! When she got arrested for the crime that she didn't commit, she's at least can play a shympathy card which is her dad got cancer and Mason Treadwell is still alive and framed her but nope! 5. She's expecting Victoria to apologize for what she's done and bitch, that whore has destroyed your childhood, separating from your father, tried to kill you many times by hiring assasins three times, captured you while you got amnesia, manipulating her children to hate you and you're expecting apologize from her? It's like you just known Vicky for few days! Just kill her already! And when you tried to kill her, you still gave her a long ass monologue instead shoot her immediately until your father took over it and that bitch shot you in your back! But then again, since Season 2, they got different directors.
OMG finally someone who realizes just how they *destroyed* this character with *so much* potential after season one I get you, it's so sad that I can't recommend this series to anyone because I don't want them to suffer as much as I did with this corporate attempt at stretching infinitely a story to the point that it is unrecognizable to what it originally was intended to be
Did you watch the last season? Because Emily's identity was revealed to everyone by the beginning of S4. S4 felt more like an all out war between Emily and Victoria (plus whoever else they wanted to throw into the mix)
