  • The 2nd stage is upon us of the CrossFit Games Season! Watch me take on my first year with the big dogs in the Individual Men's division at 18 years old. This workout was humbling to say the least!
    Check this one out guys, my core and legs are feeling the wrath of this one!
    For time:
    60 GHD sit-ups
    6 rope climbs, 15 ft.
    60 alternating single-leg squats
    50 GHD sit-ups
    5 rope climbs, 15 ft.
    50 alternating single-leg squats
    40 GHD sit-ups
    4 rope climbs, 15 ft.
    40 alternating single-leg squats
    30 GHD sit-ups
    3 rope climbs, 15 ft.
    30 alternating single-leg squats
    Time cap: 20 min.

    I ended up finishing this sucker in 16:21 which I was pumped with, stayed consistent with no "no reps" and tried to stay calm amidst the storm!
