What I always do no matter what: when I finish some trading, I buy some decent medium armor, a sword , a shield, 2 bags of fire arrows and a short bow. Why?? Let me explain. Once Jeor sends me to the Lands of always winter, I first find the secret cave to kill the willing clan and get a bag of obsidian arrows. I then find the ww party and obliterate them with my bow. Then, when I'm done I go to the giants lair for some extra exp. This way, you can easily get a LOT of exp. Basically, you start the main quest line as lvl 2-3 and when you are done your character has reached 13-16 level
Actually, after fighting the white walkers during the quest, I regret telling people to leave men behind and retreat. WW are such good XP and they are easy to kill. Tbh you could even buy fire arrows here and there. Just you cannot kill the White Walker with it. By getting rid of them early, you can also not need to deal with them at the end. Better to fight them when they are only 50 instead of 5000
@sultanofsultans yeah that's why I stop at the cave first. Obsidian arrows can kill the white walkers. You don't need Jon snow with his Longclaw. I also don't sacrifice them. I lead them to battle and then f1+f5 does the job. You can also earn 120 renown from killing the white walkers parties and cleaning the wildling cave
I watched the whole thing, awesome guide, very helpful. There was a lot of stuff I had no idea about. Question though, I noticed your tree textures looked jacked up too. Is that just apart of the mod? Another problem i faced, in some siege maps like the bloody gate. The aggressor wont attack the walls or will only send a few men. I guess its suppose to combat the projectiles being thrown at them but isnt working as intended.

You need to already have a castle or town. This is because you need to use your minister to send an emissary. You must tell this emissary to send a gift to Lord Commander of the Night's Watch and then gift the fiefs of the Wildlings to them
1:12:38 Hold on horse archers in persino and pop are really good and can annihilate armies. If you make a whole army around them and I think turn on the horse archer ai then they will fucking melt armies 10x their size. I made an entire horse archer army and had custom heavy horse archer knights that were a beast in melee when they were done melting the enemy army. The only problem I had with them was that they could get too close to the enemy and get attacked by enemy cav and I was trying to change the some of the horse archers equipment to not have spears in pop but it didn’t work so I gave up on any newer horse archer play throughs.
You say gift the the wildling terrirtories to the nights watch, how do you actually do this? I've just captured Hardhome but could see no option to give it away. Great video by the way!
You need ur minister to be one of your companions/wife/husband or you cannot do this option. You must also go to your court (capital - your first conquered town or castle unless you have moved it) to speak to them.
In one of my earlier games Brogg (or Reed) tells me something to do i don't remember, then he left my party, i didn't play that game for some time and never found out what happens and why he leaves
You don’t really need more than 5 or 6 if you know the mod well and how to outmaneuver parties. Then when you consider companions and troops pathfinding skill, you don’t need to invest in it yourself.
Why go 13 agility? Either go 12 or go 15. Because when you divide agility by 3, you may level up an agility based skill point. You cannot do that if you have 13 agility it is a waste of a level up unless you want to go 15 agility. If you wanna go horse archer then go 15 agility because you’re defo gonna want 5 horse archery skill. 5 horse archery skill is more than enough you don’t need any more than that
What's the point of looter build? Enemies barely have any loot, and the fighting income is miniscule compared to other cash sources. Btw, is there any mechanic that reduces the loot if the player's party is below certain threshold? I barely get anything while fighting with 6 companions, and I've even tried to edit their shares for testing.
Where do you get the information what each of the choices gives to you at the character creation? It would be better to see what every choice does instead of hearing "just pick this and this, believe me". I tried to look for the information in internet, but found nothing of use. Because of this I kind of stuck at the character creation (because I don't like realizing after who knows how many hours that my character could be better).
@@wee1rd I’ve told the viewers what each one does in detail. Revisit that part attentively. I know what each one does because I’ve tested them out and I’ve done research to corroborate that.
It is funny you mention that. I am currently working on a submod with a lot of updates to the unit trees. Although, I am working alone and I am no graphic designer, so new items and armour will not be added and I will be working with the current menu.
I have attempted it. I could never locate the Lannister raiding party however. Its probably because they’re attacked by Lannister enemies by the time you can locate them. You’re supposed to find a Lannister raiding party that is around 52 strong in the area. But I never did. What you could try, and it just came to my mind now, is actually go to each village near Hollow Hill and see if there is an option to attack Lannisters. I’ll try and figure out how to do this quest for you. I’ve been in contact with one of the key mod developers and commissioners for some time now. I’ll see what he has to say.
You need to have Casterly Rock as your Fief and inside the hall there should be someone there that can give you lannister troops I can't remember how much it costs or how many troops you get
It is still there. You must visit the grand maester in old town, he will tell you to come back in about a week. Read everything he says because the dialogue has changed compared to previous versions.
@@flowgamesgamplay5494 I used cheats, and when I captured a town, I left it, freefolk captured it again, then the nightswatch with all the prisoners I gave them came back and conquered it for themselves.
@@mcleenwokocha925 okay forget the settlement thing that is very pointless believe me. What I suggest then is that you forget about giving hardhome to the nights watch. Press onto giving fist of the first men to the nights watch and the other fiefs. To do this, you simply have to go to ur minister in hardhome (as this will be ur capital as it’s ur first fief) and tell them you wish to send an emissary to the nights watch and gift them a fief.

Can’t even get the mod to load anymore
It should be able to. Make sure everything is updated. Redownload the mod if you have to. Ideally, download it from the steam workshop.
If you download it on the workshop, move the mod from the steam workshop folder into the games "module" folder.
WSE2 takes 10 mins to download and set up. No more crashes. Should be listed on the wiki or reddit somewhere

I defeated the WW party but the quest "War for Dawn" is still active. Is it still broken?
Yes there are bugs with this quest. I have brought these issues up to the mod creator.
