Most people who own horses don't have a stable or time to take care of their horses so these people do that for them. They also breed and sell them, they breed cattles who they can slaughter or sell. It isn't easy job but trust me it pays really well. It's not easy to start off either but if you have the land the customer and animals you can live well.
