Hello Julia, I wanted to reach out to thank you very kindly for posting this informative overview of how to start on Etsy, it is greatly appreciated! During the video you referred to several other videos that I am eager to watch, however (embarrassingly enough) I must admit that I cannot figure out how to follow the link. I am a bit of a luddite, so I'm fairly confident that I am missing something, but clicking only stops and restarts said video. I feel very foolish asking, but it's the only way I know to learn, any chance you could enlighten me?

@@benicio1967 you do have to pay listing fee everytime, and no shipping fee for digital product
