I purchased 2 of these units probably 6+ months ago now, and they are really good units. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxcr5WULFU6yC9UUKc_cdNJT9jGa6VxO1l They are great for 3d printer plastic dry boxes, freezers, vehicles, gun safes, and more. The unit in the picture was pulled from my deep freezer and moved into my truck center console (monitoring humidity for water leak). It took a few hours to thaw and normalize temp and humidity reading going from those extremes, as expected, but it handled it well and is still running great.

What mode is the thermostat in? Cool / heat or off!
If cooling what temperature is it set to?
mine is stuck at 84 too :/ it’s so hot and i have the hold button on 55 i’m so confused i just want it to blow cold air until i say so ://

Thank you for the video - I have a problem - When running my upstairs air conditioner, the induction fan cycles up and runs for a minute, then turns off - repeats a few minutes later until a/c turns off. From what I've read induction fan shouldn't be turning on if the a/c is running (it doesn't on my downstairs unit). Unit is running fine otherwise, red light on circuit board is solid (no errors). Ideas as to why the induction fan cycles off/on when running a/c?

Hi, how do you update your current time before setting a schedule for each day? It’s 7:15 PM East time zone and the thermostat shows it’s 1:30 AM.

My fan works when on “Auto” but it does nothing when I put the fan to “On”. Any ideas?

@indy Jones there is a default 5 min time delay before compressor starts in thermostat!

The only thermostat I install is the Honeywell TH 8321R. Covers every installation and is RedLink. Installer screen is locked so the homeowner can’t tinker and cause a callback. Never had one fail on me yet

I have a orange wire hooked up to O/B on the old thermostat , so where do i connect it now.
I also hava a blue wire so where do I connect that one
Depending on geographic location if you are down south like say Florida most likely it will be B terminal and if you are in the north say New York O terminal most likely and then go into setup menu and set option 1 to 1

Thermostat is battery operated requires no C wire

Honeywell is a great Thermostat but for Average people is hard to do the SETTINGS

How to take off Temporary and just use as a regular thermostat. Can’t manage the settings. It got messed up when I had to change batteries
Do you mean use schedule?
Just press run to use schedule or press hold to maintain current temperature set point indefinitely! Or forever 😂
The colors of the wires should matter when connecting the thermostat.
Whats important is that the thermostat wire connections is matching that inside the A/C or HVAC equipment.
Meaning Y at the thermostat goes to Y inside the HVAC equipment R to R etc.
Why is the metal jumper so tight I can’t fucking loosing it
