You would think that nearly every single member of the top 30 finishers being MAD; Plarium would want to fix their arena system...
this goes to show that when the community was in uproar over the announcement of mythicals they were totally right. Mythicals are dominating in every part of the game right now and it will only get worse.
They wouldn’t be mythical if they didn’t….
I don't mind because when my FTP account get ones it's going to be huge. I started last year and know I'm never going to hit play, it's cool to see what these people are doing

No, the general sentiment when mythicals were announced was that they were NOT that good and that primal shards were way too expensive and no one would ever get them. "Mythicals are too powerful" came much later.
So I finally pulled Marithcka last night and my last pull a couple months ago was Taras so I’m working with 2 power couples now!!! Hopefully I will get a platinum trophy soon
Congratulations. Who would you team with them with? I'm running the couple plus siphi and armanz and I can stay in platinum all the if im active. Actually not too long ago after reset I snip to be #1 lol
I wish arena wasn't part of the daily quests or missions so i could ignore it completely
Starage is strongest pvp champion in classic or live arena. By far. If they pick him and Armanz then you are toasted haha. Roto easy Queen to be honest.

Yess me during lice arena, sometime if they don't switch form and lock me out I can win but it usually 30/70 win 😂

siegfrund is my most feared in arena, i always avoid him, cos his skill is really nasty, first time see a champion that can impose 500k damage to me, just 1 hit, he overkilled my 4 champions with 200k+ to 500k+ damage
Udk and harima together he hit like noodles 😅
Starsage is number 1 for sure , people just aren’t realizing yet because they don’t have him
When I saw his kit I knew he was going to be busted good. It's pretty much a consensus at the high end that he's the best champ in the game.
How about a video on how much it would cost to make one of those top 30 teams?

I've been on an extremely long break from Raid. I was always in Gold iv but now I've dropped down to Bronze I but i can't beat a single team no matter who i use. All the teams are top tier 300k+ teams. My best team is 288k. Most of the time I can't even kill a single champion on my opponents team. It's impossible. Doesn't matter if i refresh the teams are like top tier Platinum teams completely blocking any chance of progression. Is this a glitch? How can teams this overpowered be in Bronze I? It wasn't like this a year ago when I was playing Raid. What happened to this game?
I use Dutchess for almost everything, usually as the lead in the team. I'm trying to phase her out of my PvE teams and use Pytheon instead there, but Dutchess is just so powerful. the thing I don't like with her is that she has no natural healing ability, which is why I want to phase her out. She is a great PvP champion though. Pytheon needs books though, maybe that's the problem. maybe if I book him out, he will be better than dutchess in PvE.
I only have 1 of those, I have Lazarius. I don't enjoy fighting themes that just don't die, but don't do damage enough to kill you. you couldd set the battle to auto and you would be there for days. people often set up these teams in tag arena in the hopes that everyone just presses skip so you get an auto win and UDK is in most of these teams. imagine this: UDK and 3 healers/revivers. unless you can nuke the whole team you will never get past them.
4+ years and I own 5 of these champs - 3 of which were free or fusion. Only pulled 2, and neither are in the top 10. And I'm probably doing better than 95% of the player base.
The only acceptable type of Tier List.. No opinions, just facts 😉
Blows me away how many Mythical champs just suck. The Rooster for example. Sucks to get a Mythical and then have them be soooo bad.
idc what direction the meta goes im still using my dutchess like crazy lol I'm in gold 5 classic arena and gold 3 in live arena. she helped me get quintus I built her crazy well. she's my favorite champ and she in it for the long run for me
Like you I also have about half the Top 17. But my Arena defenses still only have One champ in them until I can complete the Great Hall.
Sorry man, but I’m only Gold 3 and even I can’t use her anymore really. If you have some really fast and tanky stone skin sure, but I never pick her anymore
Arbais looks amazing, reminds me of a cenobite from new hellraiser just alot less sinister

sadly i use my duchess less in arena. for 3v3, but not classic or LA
When I have to pick between starsage and armanz who to ban I ban starsage…he is THAT scary
dont forget narses a2 doesnt proc siegfrund passive block damage and cheat death!
Sigfrund I dont have issues with, but I often have Lydia in my offense team
goffred brassclad counters siegfrund if you need a way around rage of the nephilem.

Marischka needs a damn cooldown on her passive. So damn annoying
Arbais and Armanz are the 2 champs I use to remove enemy stone skin in arena.
Hey kev! Great vid, it’s actually super interesting to see what top-top plat is looking like. I know you’re not huge into PvP, but would you ever consider doing a plat reset for a video? Maybe make YST join and both do it… as I’m starting to get more into the endgame, I’m trying to push plat. Haven’t been able to crack it yet at reset, and I’d love to see how the experience is for others who don’t focus PvP super heavily either
Plat reset is easy, defending before the reset is quite hard, you need strong defense and also strong offense to not get push out. Reset on my end at exactly 3am at night 😅
I have not set a classic arena defense is years. On a side note I hate live arena and will not do it
I have all of those champions except for Siphi, Arbais and Lazarius, I just don't have the gear to make good use of them though.

i just hit gold 4 live and from the list iv only got UDK, Ankora and Armanz. my champ luck is terrible
I wouldn't worry, platinum arena defense at reset time is a completely different world than any other level and time. The meta is different there/then.
I returned to he game about 2 months ago... I sadly have zero lol. I have all the super old meta champions that used to be good, and are now just solid instead of good. Thankfully Gold V is easy enough and I can still farm arena. Live arena can get really tough though, especially without an Armanz.

I have UDK, in fact I have 2 UDKs! But I don't really use them for arena defence. Which now seems like a massive mistake. Haha. My defence is Sun Wu Kong, Mortu in 6 piece stone skin, Madame Serris and the last place is flexible. I think it's my +2 Magnarr right now.
It's a go first team so whoever is slower than me gets minced. Whoever is faster than me has to be careful though since the monkey king just keeps coming back.
I should probably put UDK prime in for Magnarr and hope people are surprised by a 250 speed UDK massacring them...
More to do with the topic... I was surprised that the Wight King was so low. Expected him and Star sage to be the top two.
Then I remembered that those at the top are mostly Krakens and they actually have a choice of mythicals. Haha.

People disable ankoras and udks shield buffs in defence yes, not marichkas tho.

I've always been unlucky when it comes to arena champ but it is so sad to see it so clearly. I have 3 of the 17 : Arbiter, Ankora, Armanz (free and fusions) 😭😭😭
I had 38 void shards and no idea where i was on mercy but i figured why not, so i pulled what i had. I was really aiming for dupes of epics. No Whipser, Oboro, Seer etc. What I did get was a Marichka on my 37th shard. She got moved to the front of the line for masteries:)

Pretty much every cc aside from the ftp gods like erhabad and kads had to buy lots of voids for narses so don't feel bad.
@@alschirjaev9213 I'm no stranger to spending money in the game, but at the time when Narses was released I didn't have a lot of voids and would've have cost me over 300 to buy enough shards.
That price tag seems ludicrous; I can buy 5 complete games with that kind of money
@@atlanteean which is why i said dont feel bad. i have narses and he does work but dont have the CC gear so cant utilize him to full potential :)
the amount of money that people casually spend on these games is outrageous! i have to consider my 10 dollar gem pack every month haha.
been playing for over five years and I only have the two free login champs..unless you spend thousands a months it's impossible to have them all.. I've seen plus four all mythicals on teams.. a player with zero mythicals should never have to face a team with all plus 4s... money is all that plarium cares about.. and when I pull a leggo, nine times out of ten it's a dupe F tier one
Not necessarily true I've been playing for like 4 years I haven't spent thousands of dollars a day and I got four of the top 10 it's just luck
They killed my dutchess
With the list, and as someone who is currently stuck in silver 4, romantu gold 1 3v3 mission is currently stuck behind a pay wall. Its brutal and no way around it without luck and credit card.

Not surprised to see Krixia where she is. Such a good champ for PVP, and more of the players who have Mythicals are probably more likely to have her, since she was one of the earlier releases. I’d certainly run her if I had her! Same with Galathir. They’re the two Mythicals I most avoid in Arena, as the hardest (for me, anyway) to counter.

I also wanted a Duchess so badly and after 3 years of playing I finally got one 5-6 weeks ago. Now she is sitting in my vault and I’m in no rush to build her.
Did only two members of a clan that isn't the Mad clan make it in? Well seems their tactic of not attacking each other and thus pushing everyone who isn't them down is working.

All i know is Alatreon has changed my whole game play, being a guy with mainly free leggos and a few old meta players.

What's funny is that all these reset cd champs make a counter-champ to rise from ashes. Ask me who.

I use a fast arbiter and eostrid so armanz never sees it coming

Narses is the big counter to siegfrund. His a2 prevents the damage decrease of siegfrunds passive and the block damage never goes up, so he just dies instead
Got 4 of them, and not too long ago i got Starsage, and reading his skills was a no brainer to get him full lvl first.

Galathir is the new level of lock out. Not only does he fully lockout even mythicals, you literally cannot kill him in one turn and a lot of times people run him in SS, so it doesn't even matter. Just straight up OP.
Literally, im scare to face in classic and live arena. I got 3 mythical during the 2x and he wasn't one of them sadly 😭😭😭
His CC skills aren't in the form with that passive & he's no worse to face than a good Armanz. Mithrala makes him obsolete.

Hegemon is a good Armanz counter if they dont put him in stoneskin. Because Armanz is stacked with accuracy and little to none resistance

Surprised with Armanz.. always find him so fast he might get 8 turns before my first.. and my team is just constantly stunned.. see loads of teams with him in..
I avoid Ankora (or is it Narses).. too many 1 shot AoE champs that plarium doesn’t care are OP..
