This only happens on my Eu acc but not on my asia account and when there is a rare occasion where i can log into my eu acc the lag is horrible idk what the problem is😢
@@BD_CrunchyNapkin I deleted my genshin on phone and ever since then I couldn't open genshin in laptop and it showed white screen but recently Idk why but I thought about downloading genshin on my phone and surprisingly, it actually started on my eu, then I tried to play on laptop in eu and it started aswell. So, for me,The problem was deleting genshin on phone...Idk about why others can't but that was my solution
Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can cause launch issues, including the white screen. If that is the case then Follow these steps: NVIDIA Users: Go to NVIDIA's official website and download the latest drivers for your GPU. AMD Users: Go to AMD's official website and download the latest drivers for your GPU. Intel Users: Go to Intel's official website and update your drivers. After updating, restart your PC and try launching the game again. If updating drivers didn't help either then try out these, Solution 1. Disable Full-Screen Optimization: Sometimes full-screen optimization can cause issues with games. Right-click the Genshin Impact executable file (.exe). Go to Properties > Compatibility. Check the box for Disable full-screen optimizations. Click Apply and OK. Solution 2. Lower In-Game Graphics Settings (Using Launcher): If your PC is struggling to handle the game's default settings, it may cause a white screen. You can lower the graphics settings before launching: In the Genshin Impact launcher, click the cog icon (Settings). Lower the Graphics Quality to Low or Medium. Solution 3. Temporarily Disable Antivirus/Firewall: Your antivirus software or Windows firewall might be blocking game files: Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall and then try launching Genshin Impact again. If this fixes the issue, consider adding an exception for Genshin Impact in your antivirus or firewall settings. Solution 4. Reinstall: If none of the above steps work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game: Uninstall the game via the Control Panel or Settings > Apps. Download and reinstall the game from the official launcher.
