I feel like each sailor moon gave sailor moon their unique touch making them all great! Anza with her amazing singing Fumina with her acting and her certain songs (I don't know too much about her though cuz I don't think I've seen any of her musicals yet) Miyuki with her singing and energy Marina with her adorableness (is that a word? XD) and her dancing Also I love the song there at the end, “you're my jewelry," such a cute song!!
Anza was power, Fumina was grace, Miyuki was energy (like you said), and Marina was enthusiasm. I've seen very little of the two most recent Sailor Moon actresses, but they seem very charming.
Anza (to me) had the best singing voice Fumina the moon body Miyuki had the moves Marina had the cuteness and childness all of them had there good points and there bad
Miyuki definitely had a lot of fun on stage there, passing the torch to Marina and putting on a show with her at the same time. My favorite was Anza but seeing this video made me like Miyuki more than before... Miyuki is acting very Usagi-like here and having fun.

Did they get Marina back to pass the tiara to Satomi Okubo or because there were so many years between her musicals arent being considered part of the same thing?

Miyuki was always very Usagi! I showed her first myu to a friend of mine who said she felt exhausted after Miyuki's first very genki scene!
