This Satsang from Prasanthi Nilayam brings you the beautiful life of Sri Hiralal Vallabh Pant who was drawn to Bhagawan in 1965 and from then on took every opportunity to serve Him in various ways. This led him to join the Prasanthi Nilayam ashram in 1983 and undertake various tasks for the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. In 1997 he was asked to take care of the Shanthi Bhavan - the guest house inside the ashram which he did diligently till he left his mortal coil at the ripe age of 103 years.
More than his service, his attitude towards service and his deep faith in Bhagawan was something absolutely exemplary. Bishu Prusty from the Sri Sathya Sai Media Centre in this talk makes an attempt to bring to light some of the beautiful facets of his exalted personality which could serve as an inspiration for devotees and servitors of Bhagawan.

Thanks for sharing this truly inspiring life story of a true yogi. Swami has set the example of living His message and it is indeed reassuring to know that there are plenty of souls emulating Him. Almost two decades ago, I prayed to Swami to show me a true devotee. myself and my daughter visited Prasanthi Nilayam, we chanced upon another elderly gentleman at the bookstore who suddenly shared with us about his experience with Swami and how Swami had saved him multiple times when he implicitly obeyed Swami's instructions without questioning or doubting. I just knew that Swami had brought that true devotee before us to show that there are many good souls in Prasanthi Nilayam

Thank You Team for this satsangh...You dont know how happy I am .. During my Seva in Shanti Bhawan in 2019 got so many chances to interact with Pant Uncle... I used to decorate photos of swami in his rooms..and after seeing this he feels so much of happiness... and out of that love he feeds us all the sevadals with Laddus and Jalebis. Bishu Bhaiya you rightly said He was always in cheerful and blissful state despite of so much of discomfort. I have some pictures with him which I will cherish for my life.
