    im so jealous of your birmingham pen co inks! theyre just so pretty ;;
    i think diamine golden brown might be a good one to try, its got some really lovely shading ^^
    the confusion on majestic maple syrup miight be because it kind of has both gold and silver? i think it's been described as champagne? its a weird one ^^;

      I love Cinnabun so much! We might be the only two people but more for us 😂 I was incredibly lucky with the BPC inks and found someone selling some samples! They’re great inks as well. And yes - that might be it! I really thought in some lights it’s silver and some it’s gold shimmer with the FWP - so that is interesting to know, thank you so much for sharing with me ❤

    I’ve just started my fountain pen journey and research. I’ve been watching lots of videos. I also have the sterling ink common planner. Do the inks smear after drying if you swipe with your fingers or smear onto the opposite page? I’d like to try a couple of inks but don’t want to invest in a lot that I’ll end up not liking. These videos are really helpful.

      Aw I love that! I personally find that they don’t smear and they dry quite quickly on the Sanzen Tomoe River Paper. I actually bought the undated common planner to use as my ink journal for 2025 as I love it so much! Archival inks are best if you want to avoid smearing and they work with highlighters too 😊
