Not sure what people do to their chargers because I’ve never had issues with my iPhone charger. I have the exact same one from when I bought it and I move it around the house too. Y’all must be slamming them in doors or something

I understand the frustration but:
Taxes are necessary for a properly functioning society. Attempts to abuse the system don’t change that.
As for what it’s spent on and how much, it’s decided based on ~democratically elected representatives because every person should have equal say in governance, and majority is the best you can get.
If government was greatly weakened or eliminated, corporations would be the new power over you, and your influence would go from theoretically equal to how much money you have. The “tax” would be excessive prices and would be higher, since there’d be nothing to prevent anything they wanted, including a world monopoly and debt slavery by charging more than they pay and lending you the rest to survive or die.
If everything started from the beginning with anarchy, groups would take control and create governments worse than we have now.
I felt like commenting this, so that’s why I did.
