CDTV ACTUALLY ON TIME????????????????????????????
He's come a long way since the Lost Boy😂
@@splash8594 those were dark times my friend 💀💀
@Thatchet Same for MM&TBS
@Thatchet Push only bro so many of them from this artist to the next. Top request for me
•Dreamville D-Day
•Comethazine Comethazine
•Token Pink
•Pusha T Its Almost Dry
And many more.
Maybes he can speedrun them and do one video summarising he’s thoughts on the 💩tons of projects he missed🤷🏾♂️
CRAZYYY
"Honestly, nevermind" has to be the most accurate album title in the history of music ☠️☠️☠️
LMAOO
Bruh lol
Should’ve said that when thinking of dropping this poop
no cap I literally fell asleep whilst listening to this album
Instead of "honestly, nevermind" he should have called this album 'Certified Clubber Boy.
And instead of a heart he could have gotten a speaker etched in his head. XD
Certified Slumber Boy
Ha.
More like Certified Sucker Boy 🤣😂😅
Drake Making sleepy music
I enjoyed watching the life drain from his eyes after each song. Drake is a sonic vampire training energy
Its funny looking at when they realize the album is trash I can't stop laughing!!
Drake-ula
@aspiring joker: dangit 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Some might say this album needs more life
He could take care from this, and just enjoy the view from here
Nothing will ever be the same after this album
Anyone who's reading this now, its too late
It’s too far gone
I'd rather be stung by a Scorpion than listen to this whole thing front to back
Album sounded like Passionfruit without the passion
And without the fruit either lol
@@iangarcia1585 Oh it’s plenty fruity
@@jackwilliams902 Lmao so fruity 😂
LMFAOO perfect description
"He's just droning about bullshit man" - couldn't have said it better myself.
Drake really recorded the same song 12 times and then asked 21 for a Savage Mode II b-side and thought nobody would notice.
Knife talk was the savage mode 2 b side note Jimmy cooks. Drakes been doing Houston style shit since 2009
Drake needs to hire his ghostwriters back after this album.
Quentin Miller 🤣
@@Lakeshow0024 that's a true fact he is one of the worst 'I know I want you love your love won't get away from me I know you need my love your love is what I need' that's pretty much every Drake song that isn't ghost written
@@zombiewolf3244 So your saying all his old shit pre 2015 was ghostwritten? 5am in Toronto was ghostwritten? So far gone and comeback season? You never liked drake besides a few songs off of IYRTITL clearly
@@romaretaylor9953 no Drake is not a bad artist don't get me wrong but it's clear that all of his songs are not written by him it's very very clear it's even been proven you know it's his ghostwriter even came out what's his name I can't remember his name who cares but it clearly shows when Drake writes songs it's I need your Love you know I'm a better lover than your lover you know that's the garbage that he writes he's a good artist he's not a good writer
@@zombiewolf3244 i mean the ghostwriter (Quentin miller) was only here for 4 songs, you can litterally check the writing credits on with ASCAP
I think my biggest problem with drake is sometimes he's really boring but texts go green is probably one of the worst songs he's ever released
Rachet Happy Birthday???
@@ProdHKD at least he was just joking on that one. This song just sad
texts go green is top 3 on the album
texts go green was not good but not one of his worst on the album.
falling back tho was hella wack
@@goldlion9066 NAHH FR WHY HE TRANNA DO HIGH PITCHED
I find it hilarious 21 savage went from a sort of meme rapper to a full blown top 10 artist with great songs in his discography. Man's grown so much its amazing
What songs are good to start with 21's music?
@@namecciano1127 idk where you should start but other than some bangers in 2016 like X and no heart, the album that got me into his stuff was Without Warning. my choppa hate and rap saved me are still some of his best tracks. albums i am>i was and savage mode 2 are solid overall too so most tracks from those will do (a lot, my dawg, no opp left behind, brand new draco, glock in my lap)
@@namecciano1127 My favorite will always be "stepping on n words". It's his greatest creation.
I mean, top 10 of the past 5 years maybe, absolutely not top 10 of all time
@@Soldulo without warning was so amazing no skips
21 savage continually being some of the best parts of Drake albums.
first Knife Talk now this
@@pip_SMM fr and both songs sound more like 21 songs than Drake songs
@@mocapcow2933 I still fucking hate thay 21 was about to put Knifr Talk on SM2 and then they told him to hold off on that, and then it went over to Drake
@@mocapcow2933 yes
@@jeffdaniel23 Knife Talk was gonna be on Savage Mode 2? It definetly fits better there
When the squeaky mattress showed up I burst out laughing who thought that was a good idea?
@CurtMuhGurt that doesn't make it a good idea lol
It reminded me of "Some Cut", which came out like mid 2000s and had that in the background the whole song, but unlike this one...it's a bop.
@@kristixmichelle these goobers have never heard that song. Don’t try to reason with them
@@jordanackerley2171 the thing is, this is common in jersey club, which goes hard in the club; it indeed isn't a good idea rapping over the squeaking tho lol I think the beat on itself would be fire but singing over something like this makes no sense
Reminded me of that song from tyga
i respect cdtv so much for putting himself through this level of pain for us
Damn timely with this one bro, looking forward to it!
Yo what’s up Deburke
“Honestly, Nevermind” was what Drake said to his producer when he contemplated scrapping the whole thing. Should have followed his gut there Drizzy 😬
That's what he said when the mic picked up the mattress squeak in Currents.
“This is that mysterious music that DJ Khaled was talking about” 😂🤣
I was going to form my own opinion but Honestly, Nevermind.
I like this style of music for late night drives, I'm going to put the album to that test to see how it really feels then
This is probably the worst music for a late night drive, because you would fall asleep and die.
@@mgg9416 that would be bad 😂
Even then, the alternatives to this kind of sound are leaps and bounds better than this fecal matter drizzy has produced. I don’t think a late night drive has the capability to save it but good luck man.
Literally everything but the Kendrick review
This is truly one of the albums of all time
Yeah this is one of the albums of 2022
It's nevermindin time.
This is definitively one of the only Drake albums that have been produced of all time
Didn’t expect a reaction to a project that released on the same day, I respect that. Great video btw, this was funny
I literally spit my drink out watching your reactions. It’s so relatable.
This album makes rebirth and the big day look like illmatic
At least the big day had energy
looking forward to seeing this on the “worst albums of the year” list
Literally
It wasn’t. I guess it was because this isn’t a rap album
Also, as a fan of EDM and downtempo tracks like Deadmau5, I go into that ready to patiently take my time and absorb what’s going on. This? You’re right, it’s more of a sedative than something danceable.
if you're dancing to this you're. robot 🤖
It’s like EDM without the D
If yall need help Falling asleep, put this album on, you'll be asleep in minutes ong
falling back… to sleep
I deadass fell asleep part way through this video because of the music.
Drake really making that rocket league music
if i was a drake a fan, id be pissed about this project. it seems abundantly apparent to me that he phoned this one in and doesnt give a fuck about this album.
ohh, trust me fam, it's only getting way worse from here lol. He's doing 200k this week, he got what he wanted lmao. His fans literally bite every faeces he shits, soo there's no way back
ever since the story of adidon, the quality has gone downhill
the pusha t effect
IRYTITL was his last decent album…
@@RetroEternal cap. That album was a classic not decent and more life was fire too
@@romaretaylor9953 More Life was garbage what are you taking about?? It was so inconsistent and trash Drake labeled it as a “playlist” so he could get a pass and lower expectations
@@RetroEternal I don’t get the hate for More Life. It’s not amazing it’s like a 6/10 but I think it’s still good
The expression at 06:54 had me in tears. My dissapointment is imeasurable and my day is ruined.
Someone said this album makes The Big Day look like Illmatic and I couldn't agree more
lowkey, the big day is actually not about misogynistic bullshit and is kinda fun to listen to, even if it sucks
Half of y’all don’t realize that listening to this all the way though is now considered torture and CDTV did it just to make a video for us 😁
Something tells me that Jimmy Cooks was the single of a hypothetical "next Drake project" but when he heard Kendrick had like 500 songs on a hard drive somewhere, he decided he needed to flex his unreleased catalog too. Not realizing that the giving his audience 1 Sicko Mode rerun and 13 unfinished demos wasn't the same as an Untitled Unmastered.
There's a lot of jokes you can make about this album, from its contents to its tone to its title, but the real story here is the story of the world's biggest "artist" chasing clout.
For someone on top of the mountain, I guess it makes sense why Drake sounds like he's stuck in a cloud.
I think it’s a vibe tbh I like Texts going green, Sticky, massive, a keeper, flights booked, and overdrive
Finally a comment that doesn’t trash the whole album. Thank you.
@@thomaslloyd.music1 I mean, they trash the album cuz it’s trash, there’s 2 good songs on it the rest are pretty bad
@@me-ou3hs exactly
@@me-ou3hs You’re entitled to your opinion, of course, but honestly I agree with Danny. Drake has never been an impressive artist, but if his goal is to make catchy club music, he’s done it. I don’t enjoy the album front to back, and yes Jimmy Cooks & Sticky are the best tracks. But, overall I enjoyed the production, and I could see myself listening to some of these songs here and there for the production alone. After CLB he didn’t really need to drop anything, so I think this was strictly for fun, and that’s okay.
"This is, as we say in my native land of Scotland, some shite" - CDTV the Scot 🤣
Whoever told Drake that this was a good release, they need to be found.
I think that’s the problem lol. He’s so famous at this point that everyone around him is probably too scared to question anything he does
LETS GOOO havent watched cdtv in a while, excited =)
3/10 1 point for 21 carrying the album and 2 points because I can appreciate the playability in clubs where people are drunk and just need some background noise
1 point for jimmy cooks, 1 point for the mfs on the instruments going ham
I don't even think this would cut for most clubs that play drakes music. This is the type of album that would be played at like 3am when ppl are too pissed to dance anymore lmao.
@@nathanw9770 you were wrong
Been watching since 50k, and this is the only channel I watch as soon as the notis hit
The album sounded like a throw away
I think it’s absolutely part of the record deal he’s about to close off.
6:40 This part sound like Drake actually heard Wale's Bad, and actually took the song title too literally, and made an actual 'bad,' song. Especially with the bedsprings effect.
That song is so horrible
Let's all thank cdtv for having to suffer through certified crying boy
ayo very happy to see u posting this 1 day after it's released
Excited to watch this and also the Logic reaction
Can you please review vinyl days I love your takes and would be so excited to see that review
I started laughing so hard when I first hear the squeaky mattress
Not sure if it’s been asked previously, but which headphones do you use? And how’s the quality? Been looking for some new ones
The album is fire 🔥

1:30 fam ong that impression was so jokes no cap 😂😂😂😂spot on yute
Usually I'm just happy to watch reaction videos but this time I have to comment... Your reaction is just hilarious!😂 you just made my day😆
Glad you’re back and doing a timely upload. Hope you’re doing good man. One of my favorite channels ❤️
EDM/Dance is one of my favorite genres and might I say if this was meant to be a EDM Dance album its the first album of this genre ever to make me not want to bounce around and gives me no energy at all.
I'd say it's more like trance but this shit would pull me out of one to turn it off
It's a sound that I can see Drake do well, but it's just terribly executed.
Love CDTV's reactions
I have a feeling you would really like kaytranada his style of production is in the same style as this one except its better the problem with this album is that drake takes a genre and doesn't do it creatively
As you said flights booked, UA-cam sneaks in a mid roll ad for Expedia. Well played
Mac millers passing was one of the saddest days in hip hop history. However I am happy that he did not have to see what drake is doing nowadays since his untimely passing
Jesus Christ 😂
tf does Mac have anything to do with this bro
@@lunamorada335 because than he won’t have to listen to these bullshit albums drake is releasing

Maaan I love this channel, thanks! New sub
Crazy part is that he collabed with Black Coffee on more life (on get it together) and that song was wayyyy better than anything on this album
Massive is way better than get it together
Still waiting for that Vinyl Days reaction, let alone the Tetris and Decades reaction video
This album is a proof Drake has no real friends... I mean who allowed him to give life to this atrocity
If CLB put Akademiks to sleep, this should make Akademiks unconscious.
This album put him in a coma
Off topic, but are you gonna do an Album Tier List for this year.
Edit: 16:00 why does this part sound like the Team Fortress 2 Character Select sound?
i cant see this vid on ur channel so i had to go to notis to see it
This whole album sounds like one really long track. Stuck in an elevator for years... 🫣🤪
Let’s go cdtv
Almost certain he’d said Kendrick’s new album is a similar situation to the No Pressure one, he may need more time to gather his thoughts
oh he must have said it in one of his videos too cause I don’t use Twitter (found it, was on his future reaction)
:)
this album grew on me like crazy ngl i like it now
Ngl, the thing that killed the album for me besides the sleepy ass singing were the beats. Legit every beat besides the last track sounded like it was made in GarageBand, and some of the mixing on the beats and vocals gave me headaches with how off it was. 1/10
Naw it’s at least a 3 or 4/10
grown men who listen to drake close the fridge with their hips lol 😆
This album made me like CLB a little more, and I wasn’t even a huge fan of THAT album 😆
@0:45 Bruh for real, when I saw this album labeled under Dance on Apple Music, I thought to myself “oh no, this can’t be good.” 😭
Aubrey, how dare you drop this on my birthday.
I feel your pain CDTV, I only found 5 tracks that were above Meh. At least 21 killed it on the last track.
this album made me feel like i stole a NPC's car in GTA and was too lazy to change the radio
Was no expecting this when Vinly days dropped today
CDTV tha g, the g stands for god damn, he made a video less than a day after the album dropped
4:39 Ahh, A sopranos reference. Very cultured of you CDTV, very cultured 🥂
he was gay, gary cooper?
I like Dance music, but this type of dance music, where they keep the same instrumental for so long gets so repetitive. My favorite dance music is one that evolves through time.
@CurtMuhGurt I feel like it was done at such a basic level, but at least he tried something new. Most house and Dance music I listen to tried to constantly switch it up in a song so it doesn’t get repetitive, but this was also his first time making a dance album tbf. Still don’t really like it, and I never watched Degrassi so I never cared about that part.
I actually really like the vibe this album brings, it's very minimalistic Afro House music which is not something I ever expected from Drake
Yet again NAV's one of my favorite rappers so yeah
NAV? Boy if you don’t sit down
Thoughts on vinyl days if you have listened yet?
Yooo you GOTTA react to Vinyl days homie Bobby SNAPPED 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Lmao mans made a dance album and aint no one moving unless they sleep 🥱
cdtv dropping a vid a day after the album is equal to a solar eclipse
listening to this album was like an endless chore you can't stand.
I appreciate he wanted to try something different to be honest, possibly reach another audience. I enjoyed quite a few on here, especially Massive, that was a banger. Hilarious reaction tho lmao 🤣
It ain't even different. Those songs were copy/pastes of passionfruit and get it together from More Life, but done worse
@@arseeoliveira6934 that's Drake for ya
Not gonna lie to you this Album kinda bangs if you're into the Dance/House genre (South African so I am), Currents still sucks though, A Keeper and Tie that Binds are Goated, maybe classics especially for house
I swear the album cover hurts my eyes.
Like, not figuratively, it literally does the color palette is atrocious.
I've been begging to watch him react to a Drake album because of how hilarious it would be. Then I realized that if I'm watching him react to it, I have to listen to it as well. Jokes on me.
Well "Honestly, Nevermind" is exactly my reaction to this. I guess Drake already knew how people would react to this album....
I can't wait to hear this album mixed in the background of smokers areas in popular nightclubs
See, Logic? THIS is what you'd call a social experiment album.
I legit do not have another reason for why that last track sounds so different.
He should have just said "honestly nevermind" when he thought about releasing this.
That bed squeaking noise on “Currents” gotta be the one of the worst sounds I’ve heard in my life
What I wanna know is why he picked a font catered to lowrider magazines from 2006 as the album cover
Bobby boy made an album you said you will do it 👊
Cdtv i got a question why didnt you review kendrick
