Hi Terry, do you have a Video that goes over the Initial Setup of the Virtual DNAC Appliance? I checked your Videos, but did not find one. Do you have a Video or at least some Notes about the details?
In your setup, you use self signed cert for DNAC and ISE ? Just wondering how the DNAC CA root cert is pushed into ISE Trusted Certificate store...done automatically when we do the DNAC/ISE integration?
The honest answer is. That i configured the ISE to accept authentication based on the successful login. Which is obviously a short cut and not recommended in production, but fine for labs.
There is now Trial license for the DNAC. You would need to have a CCO and entitlement to download the software. Or know a someone who does. Plus the host must be a pretty beefy machine to run it. I recommend no less than 72vCPU and 256GRAM.

Depends on your deployment. But personally I don’t integrate the ISE if I am using templates in the absence of a fabric.

Hi Terry, nice video, I have question? I have a server with 48 cores,384 ram and 3.84 TB SSD, can I install DNAC on it? :)
I am running 2 dnacs using two servers with that spec.
