    Thanks Mike, I just bought a used VM100 that needs this done to it. I had to change the spindle adapter from 1” to 1.25”, which was an easy job, but I’ve been a little hesitant about doing more than an outside wipe down with a rag with acetone on it. That helped, but it needs the thorough cleaning and relube you demonstrated. Thanks for the timely video. Cheers, Tom

    When changing jaws, Record Power recommends snugging the screws, then closing the jaws completely, then tightening the screws. Is that just a Record Power thing, or is it a good idea for all chucks? (I have one RP and three VM.)
