    CINNAMON BUNS
    Justin and I love the coveted 'Cinnabon' cinnamon buns, but, like many delicious treats, they come at a premium. So why not replicate this delicacy in the comfort of your own home for way less $$.
    I have always had a passion for baking and LOVE no hassle recipes. I threw this together one day and they were gone within an hour. There is NO YEAST so you can bake these babies immediately, no need for waiting. Enjoy!

    Recipe: Makes about 14
    Dough:
    2 cups flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tbsp butter (or any fat substitute)
    3/4 cup water (or milk)
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of vanilla
    *Put all dry ingredients into bowl and mix, and then slowly add the wet ingredients. Mix until dough becomes thick, roll out dough into a flat sheet, then add filling.
    Filling: (This makes a lot of filling)
    4 tbsp butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 tsp cinnamon
    *Mix all ingredients together into bowl and slather onto dough. Roll dough up into itself (like a Swiss Roll). Then cut into about .5 inch thick cinnamon buns. Place then into a pan and bake for 13 minute at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Basic Vanilla Buttercream:
    2 cups powdered sugar
    .5 cup butter
    2 tsp vanilla
