Hey everyone!
My name is Julia.
During my time at University I developed anorexia, when it presented itself as the best option for the position I was put in. As I struggled through recovery, I realized that in order to help myself I needed to better educate myself on not only the physical components of eating disorders but also the mental ones.
I decided to make this channel to share everything I have learned/am still learning. It is my hope that my story will help other people battling something similar.
My channel features it all: my day to day activities, fun food challenges/reviews, my major life events, and of course discussions about eating disorders! Hopefully seeing my life now will give those of you who are suffering some hope for future happiness/healthiness.

PUPPIES FIRST VET VISIT | Zelda's Diary | Ep. 11
Hey all!
Zelda had a trip to the vet recently, and I wanted to share what that was like (I have devoted this episode to our vet trip). She got her shots and some bloodwork to check that she is healthy enough to be spayed at exactly 24 weeks.
The vet was very happy with her growth so far and has told us she is in perfect health from nose to tail! We are excited that she is growing so well and are loving her more and more everyday.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, my boyfriend got me an Australian Shepherd puppy for my birthday and I have been documenting the experience.

Thank you for this video! Change triggers me to relapse. It’s now Christmas break and a lot of changes are happening and I physically can’t eat and this has been happening for a week. @@suri3568 he’s growing a ton, I’ve had him for a month and some change. The only real problem with him is biting but we’re trying to stop him from biting. Other than that, just the potty training. He’s an amazing little dog, never leaves our side
He would grow out from the biting as he gets older. Mines use to do the same thing by also nipping lol.
