The stuff inside the other shirt is called “tender touch” it’s ironed on after the embroidery. It also appears that the person used tear away stabilizer??
If you have the thread bunch up, make sure you pull through 2-3 feet of thread, as it tends to twist up the thread. When I have a garment that gets punctured too much, I have had good luck placing “ sticky stabilizer” inside that area to give the stitches something to tie into.
    Keep up the hard work.

I like the idea of keeping one needle on your machine with the 65 needle.

Hi, The stabilizer looks like Madeira's Performance E-Zee Weblon No Show Poly Mesh. I use the 1.5 oz and their 2.5 crisp tear-away. They now have a 2.7 oz mesh for those that use 2 layers of poly. Now they can use just 1 layer. You can save postage by order I think $150 on the weekend.

Whenever I first started, I would always cut the threads in-between letters and clients would complain about a "bumpy feeling." I would totally stick to not cutting because most of the time clients don't notice, and I guess it is more comfortable for them too!

It’s called Tender Touch on the inside backing. This keeps the embroidery from being rough on the skin.

I use tender touch for toddler shirts but this almost looked embroidered through the thread.

I would cut the threads between the & sign. Your logo looks better. The little house is much better than the original.

I just started watching. Maybe ask them to supply you with a few extra shirts. Just in case of machine messing it up. Then return with order if not used. You can’t help if machine messes up a shirt.

I know, my husband suggested the same thing. I don't know why I'm scared to say something, but I can't keep eating the cost out of pocket it's getting expensive.

For my customers I use “dream weave” over the back of shirt. If you don’t want to cut jump threads see if your digitizer can do a jump on capitals. For me not cleaning up jump threads I can clean up is tacky. My

You have referred to 65 weight thread. I have not seen this. The lightest I’ve found is 60. Can you share your source for 65?
