    Hey Britany. What if you turn off your machine and turn it back on. This way, your machine can recalibrate. Then try a different needle size, like the 65/9. Please let me know if that works. Thanks!

    Girl I feel your struggle I’ve been working on my sublimation printer. Trying to do a nozzle check. I think I pray 🙏 I think it’s unclogged. Happened at the end of your video. I was getting frustrated along with you. Wanting to give up. Almost all my lines are perfect. This is my fault I hardly sublimate any more. So I don’t use my printer much. Good luck 🍀 ❤

    Change to a 60 wt thread on top (bobbin wt), and a size 9 or 10 needle. I would not use an underlay on the lettering.

      Oops! You already went smaller. I wish I had time to redo the font for you. I use older software called Fancy Works. I also use Embrilliance free version, but Fancy Works lets me make tiny adjustments to density, underlay, etc.

    So the shifting issues, combined with the puckering on the tablecloth, would indicate to me that you aren't stabilising it well enough! If you can, ask for a stitch out from the digitiser to check just to see if it is possible to get this stitched out correctly. Also, regarding the red thread, you can try a couple things to isolate whether it's a problem with the red thread itself, the needle, or something odd with that specific needle on the machine. You could switch the red spool to another position on the machine, you could try a new needle, just in case it's a bad one, or you could try a different colour thread in the same position your red was in. I really would try stabilising better and trying it with a different colour so that you can resolve the stitch out issues without having to deal with what the red is doing on top of it!

    I just stitched a logo for an organization with small lettering and a border around the letters. I sent the customer a sample with and without the border and asked them to decide. I used the exact material but had to create four samples. It is very tricky to get the correct stabilizer, needle, speed, and tension for logos with small lettering.

  • @elainefagin513
    @elainefagin513 2 дні тому

    Clean the machine. Change needles - even if they were just changed. Rethread from the beginning. Change the bobbin. Remove the design from your machine and reinstall. Use a water soluble topper. Use a good stabilizer under. In other words, start completely fresh. Many times that will fix the problem.

  • @jimjamjoyembroidery

    This is not your fault, small letters, with a outline (what a crazy idea they have). That's way too many problems for only 2 shirts. When I have customers who wants crazy things and I know the outcome will be sloppy, I just refused to do it. How many hours have you spend already for that order ? Just tell them sorry, here is a picture of the final result, I refuse to stitch it because it doesn't reflect my quality of work, design need to be redigitized...

    Use a ballpoint needle and 60 wt. thread and using some water soluable on top. I use three sheets of no show stabilizer. on the back. I alternate each piece. I saw this on a video. I also think your issues may be when you changed the size of the embroidery. It might help to start from the beginning. I wish you luck. I have been there several times. Sometimes it is best to get it digitized. I learned this the hard way. You are awesome! Don't give up.

  • @robertgagnon2947
    @robertgagnon2947 2 дні тому

    Brittany. We have all been there. Keep trucking. Why would you not use stabilizer for test runs? When testing, create the same environment as the final run. Same material, needle and backing. I would use min 2 sheets of cutaway backing. Hopefully mesh if going on a polo. Keep old shirts on hand for this purpose. Also, the machine is cutting the corners because the stitch length is too long for that font. Look into the setting and find out what it is. You can lower it to about 0.5mm.

    Hi Brittany, thank you for the video….I would use topper especially for that last stitch out and another idea you could maybe do a test stitch to see is for the smaller lettering (Academy and Christian…I think it was?) have you ever used a 60 weight thread and a 65/9 sized needle? The 60 weight thread is a thinner thread and might help make the smaller lettering look more crisp and clean. Just try that design (with the small lettering) using some 60wt thread but make sure you use a 65/9 needle with it. I hope this can help you. ❤thank you for sharing!

    So did you try to rotate the x axis after the part was changed out? Thank you for that info it’s hard to find especially about tracing the design before installing the hat… my structured hat gets yanked and winds up messing up the machine but you just can’t seem to learn that information anywhere smh Ricoma is f**** trash and there help sucks I can never get a video chat!. Also after I trace I use the other more precise trace tool to the right of it, and when I finally get the position I want the only way to lock it in is either to remember the axis coordinates from the screen or use the trace tool again ughhh which means taking the hat back off!! Any more tips from anyone please?

    I use the embossing heat gun from hobby lobby. It’s in the scrapbook section.

    I want to try this at some point. Quick question. I’ve seen some people. I THINK the puff doesn’t have the thread all over it and you put the heat gun and the puff expands. But you did where the thread goes over the puff? Is that the same puff. Or is that something different type of puff? Your turned out great.

    That's on my list of the next things to try. Wish I was in a better place to get my business making some money. We live in a remote area in northeastern Montana. We live where the population is about 3200. And we're about 300 miles from any population. I think I need to go on line. I would have to a computer guru to help figure that. I love watching you videos. I learn lots of things . I'm not new to embroidery. I worked in the embroidery industry for 12 or 13 years. Fist as an operator of a 6 head brother then doing the digitizing for our business. I find myself trying to find better software. I'm so used to the Profesional software that I find it irritating to work with the software I have now. Sorry for bending you ear for so long. Keep up the great work.

    Neoprene are better than the foam koozies. Your preference. And if you have your paper cover the whole koozie you don’t get the pressing lines.

    Hey, how are you first of all congratulations to puff. Yes I have done puff on hats as well as I’m shirts. A part of my logo. Design of my company brand is with 3-D puff G for accessible designs LLC the way it’s created. The G is almost looking like somebody that’s in a wheelchair so it’s a playoff of thatis you’re gonna be fine you do not need to play with attentions at all. You just have to make sure that you go to 0.2 tread the tread together and stuff like that really closer together but you’re gonna do great congratulations
