Sir by definition anisometropia is difference of at least two or more than two lines on snellens chart VA...here he has BCVA of 6/9 which is one line diff from BCVa of the other eye i.e 6/6? And difference of 0.75 D between lens prescription for both eyes..was that really problematic for patient in the absence of astigmatism?
