Stumble back to this video after all these years has made me wonder what would you made of SH Figuarts line now? Since you drop the question in the description. And especially when SHF Black is about to be releasing FOR THE 3RD FREAKING TIME under SS sub-line, with even better (?) sculpt...
I can forgive a third Kamen Rider Black considering the second version is the one that anyone can buy and still be happy with. SS SHF is irritating in it's scarcity. Having some figures like Hibiki and Kiva exist only within that line is the real problem. Make one for the masses before doing a hyper-limited run of like a thousand premium figures. I do wish they'd just increase production of SHF. There is a clear demand, but they never seem to sell more than their initial run. Looking through the website I notice that very little has changed with one exception...dramatically less Star Wars crap. Horray! Still too much Marvel, but it's nice that there is more focus on Domestic goods.
@@CCLemon99I don’t know if this happen in the state too or not but here, in Asia, the price for primary Heisei Rider will almost always skyrocketed after their initial release. In SS case it’s like almost always and some to the point where their price became very absurd .(Hyper Kabuto, Eternals are now around 300-ish USD here while Ultimate Kuuga, Hibiki, Decade and etc. are only half less) They had some re-release from time to times like Black 2.0, Ultraman Zero and some other popular figure but they almost never give a re-release of SS line. The only time they did it was SS Kabuto (and Kuuga Decade ver., if you count the color variation) but the demand and after market price of this figure are still crazy. Regarding Star Wars figure, you can thanks Episode 9 for that sonce it totally killed the franchise as a whole. Haha
I like to add that there are two problems I have with this figure. One, the muffler on my mines comes off very easily and the ball joint that connects it is made out of this clear plastic. The second one is more of a double-edge sword is that it comes with exchangeable antennas, which sounds great, but the antennas can come off a little easily too and finding it can be a nightmare. It's just those problems that collectors of this figure should be more cautious about. Design wise, this figure is a lot more accurate to its screen counter, while the older ones are good for their time, those one look closer to being comic version than suit accurate. Overall I enjoy this figure, but it hurts me to say this that it is one of the weaker Shinkocchou Seihou release because of those issues and the other ones are just more solid in my hand. Probably going to get Nigo, V3, Riderman, ZX, and Amazon again. Honestly don't care about the rest of the Showa Rider.
The muffler on mine stays on just fine. I actually really prefer this design over the giant ball joint used on the regular SHF. ZX in particular is very hard to clip the muffler on without damaging it. I would really love a Shinkocchou Seihou Amazon and perhaps V3 as well.
I wonder. It's only a matter of repainting it. The only thing I can see going against it is that the current Sakurajima didn't seem to be a massive seller.
CCLemon99 I would be willing to buy one of these just to repaint it. I have specialized brushes and paints. Though it *would* be missing the remoulding for the longer jacket and such. That's all dependent on how well *this* sells, of course, so I may just buy this to have both. It'd be my first KR SHF.
This is a perfect place to start. ^^ I really hope they re-release Kuuga since I think a lot of people missed it the first time around. I got mine new but didn't review until last year...which turned out to be a pain in the ass since everyone wanted to know where I got it. The answer is always...get it while it's hot.

Where did you even find the background music for this? I can never find the background music Ichigo.
I own hundreds of Tokusatsu CDs. I’ve basically stopped collecting CDs since I own music from everything at this point.

Would a hair dryer help with fixing the ball?
Your Blu-ray rider goes well with Segatta Sanshiro. LOL>
Think they'll do a Sakurajima version?

CCLemon99 The moment my overtime pay comes in, will do.
