LOVEBITES - Shadowmaker lyrics & credits: Caught in the noise, my thoughts are destroyed Trapped in the silence, it's so hard to breathe But still I go on, my hunger is strong Hoping that someone will grab my hand Stranded by moonlight I realize the cold of this world Maybe it's too late? No one can save me From all of the darkness and solitude Cry, like shadows of the night I carry all the pain inside to justify why I'm alive Despite going through this hell Cause still my heart has hope No matter if I'm torn apart, I'll play my part Before I drown with secret thoughts of my heart Reckless and fast, how long will I last? Dancing like puppets, I'm empty inside Fighting the fear, and grieving the dear Hoping that someday I'll be repaid Only my echoing heartbeats can prove that I'm here Am I all alone? Even a faint light is too bright for me, I can't see a thing Hide, in shadows I reside I tremble like a heartless soul, no place to go In desolated land knowing no escape But still I wish to live Just waiting for a somebody to notice me Before I fall down to depths of the abyss SOLO: midori / mi-ya / both / miya Caught in the noise, my thoughts are destroyed Trapped in the silence, it's so hard to breathe But still I go on, my hunger is strong Hoping that someone will grab my hand Stranded by moonlight I realize the cold of this world Maybe it's too late? The best shots of Midori's insanely ripped guns are in their JUDGEMENT DAY video, normally more highly requested than "Shadowmaker". Definitely one of their best, but 95% of their songs are "one of their best."....lol My favorite LOVEBITES song of all time is [Insert Name of Their Most Recently Released Video Here.] They just level up with every new release. Great reaction. Fun facts: Lovebites was formed in Tokyo in 2016 by bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. The two met while members of Destrose, another all-female metal band that disbanded in 2015. After recruiting guitarist Midori and support guitarist and keyboardist Miyako (then known as Mi-Ya), the four chose vocalist Asami based on a demo she made. Midori was in the band Gekijo Metalicche, Miyako was a member of A Drop of Joker and 21g, while Asami was a backup singer for Vamps and Uverworld.[6] During one rehearsal, the musicians performed "Love Bites (So Do I)" by Halestorm. Feeling that the song fit well with Asami's voice, it left an impression on all of the members and they chose Lovebites as the name for their new band. Here is Lzzy Hale from Halestorm introduce Asami and together perform "Love bites (So do I)". ua-cam.com/video/OCRaHKul8xY/v-deo.htmlsi=8JWJAbzbutzaEDqG After Miho left, in 2021 they gone in hiatus about year and a half. In 2022, Lovebites accepted auditions for a new bass player. Applicants had to create their own bassline to a track the band created for the occasion and submit a video of them performing it. On October 21, Lovebites revealed 20-year-old Fami as their new bassist via a full-band performance video on UA-cam. ua-cam.com/video/KVB19lt3CNI/v-deo.htmlsi=U1wDJw0zRTHLbZH2 Interview with Lovebites 2018. ua-cam.com/video/7F3A3QKYNvI/v-deo.htmlsi=iNXiuMqFNfKS09u3
This was the song that blew up and brought Lovebites to the world's attention. The question for early fans was "Can they do this live?' Well, they blew the roof off.
My friend, as impressed as you are, all of us were when we saw this band for the first time. It is a great path of happiness that awaits you. Greetings!
Bro! My air guitar can’t even play this good! M&M are no joke! These ladies are a blessing to metal, FR!!! I can’t agree with you more, they deserve so much more exposure!!!! ❤🐺
This is the first international success of Lovebites , released in OMV in 2017. The OMV is also amazing, watch it if you have time...Thanks always for your attractive reactions!
I was not ready for that......yeah that is the usual tag line from this group of insanely talented musicians. They will always surprise but NEVER EVER disappoint especially LIVE. Midori is dedicated and fanatical like her bandmates about everything she does especially her music. Miyako does Dean proud here and is 4/5 months pregnant while blasting through the entire set on guitar, piano, synth and keytar!!!!! This band will inspire you to reach for greatness or sadly in some cases crush any hope in your soul and have you quit your music instrument.....LOL!! LIVE this group is exceptional and is a generational gift to any true music lovers. Keep falling down the rabbit hole as there is no escape, but why would you!!!!
the secret to her singing voice is probably because she is a gourmet and eats like a horse😮 during an interview during their European tour, she was asked about her impressions o Europe and went go on to talk at length about the deliciousness offering Italian food😅
After their first live performance as LOVEBITES, they immediately caught the attention of JVC employees and made their major label debut just six months later, releasing their first album five months later. It is amazing that they were able to release such a high level of music, even though they were still in the trial-and-error stage, with Mi-Ya, a support guitarist, becoming an official member and changing her name to Miyako. In case you are wondering, they have only settled into their current form since the fall of 2018, probably after the beginning of 2019.
It’s good, isn’t it?LOVEBITES.❤No matter what you listen to there are bound to be good songs,🤘😂🤘so l think you should just listen to the songs that catch your eye.👀
With this song, these ladies 'bit' me and dragged me into their wolf's den, from which I have not been able to get out to this day and have no desire to do so. :) And yes, one or two bands from the land of the rising sun have also given me back some hope that this type of music is not as dead as I thought. Their precision, attention to detail and perfectionism in every single song is unbelievable (imo). And that doesn't just apply to Lovebites, but to quite a few bands from that side of the world. ❤🔥🤘🏻 _____________________ _"America invented rock. England improved it. Believe it or not, there are more than 60 songs to listene to and...no one is less than AMAZING. Welcome to the Wolf Pack my friend... The thing that literally drives me crazy about this band is that beyond the impressive number of their songs (restricted only to the extraordinary ones, that is, all of them), there are on average 3 or 4 versions of almost every piece, each version different and exquisite for multiple reasons, and each one worthy of being seen and listened to. I'm sorry to admit it, but I've been listening to Rock and Metal like you for a good thirty years and I don't remember any band (not even the sacred monsters whose names I won't mention out of respect but you all know more or less who I'm referring to) that had such a wide repertoire and stratospheric level after just a handful of years and albums under their belt... if I have to be honest, there are bands of absolute importance that not even after decades of activity have managed to reach such a level, they don't even come close. What can I say, apart from the obvious technical skills, it is this in my opinion that really classifies them on a totally different level...
the best metal song ever fun fact: the only mistake so far seen from Miyako (and I have seen them live twice, plus all the official and unofficial recordings) ... after the solo, she simply forgot where to go next....

10:48 Yeah, if you've never played guitar before Lovebites will inspire you to pick it up and learn it. But if you have played guitar, and realize how much it takes to become as great as Lovebites is, you'll want to throw your guitars away. LOL.

Caught in the noise, my thoughts are destroyed
Trapped in the silence, it's so hard to breathe
But still I go on, my hunger is strong

Cry, like shadows of the night
I carry all the pain inside to justify why I'm alive
Despite going through this hell
