This video was the first time I ever saw or heard Lovebites. I don't normally click on UA-cam recommendations, but something compelled me to, and for the next six minutes I sat there with my jaw dropped. Within a week, I owned all their CDs, and now I'm a megafan. They're awesome.
When they released Judgement Day album they did a live stream with each band member at home with all 5 on web cams as they reacted to the tracks. They communicated via message boards whilst the album played and at times it was hilarious especially when Miyako apologised to Asami and Haruna for Soldier Stands Solitarily being so "fast". They also streamed lengthy signing sessions which were also entertaining to see them goof about.
You either get Lovebites or you don't. You obviously get them. Top tier musicians across the board. 145k YT subscribers is criminal...compared to today's metal, WTF. One of my favorite songs EVER, nevermind by Lovebites. 🤘

It shows these five beautiful ladies arriving at a gig and getting on stage to perform. Very significant to the Japanese rock/metal world as all of the ladies went on to form other great bands, and you might find the bass player and the drummer most interesting...

NEMOPHILA. These are literally the only 3 bands I've watched for the last 3 years...lol. Another all female Japanese band at the level of LB and BM. As much as I think Asami's and Saiki's vocals are beyond awesome, I have to say Mayu's are my favorite. You will see why I say this. NEMOPHILA is generally very heavy metal, but they also have some songs that are rock and some that can't even be classified. Some of their songs are referred to as "Happy Metal", because of the lyrics, all the smiling and fun these girls have.
